VERY clean store. All the employees were really nice. I miss all the cookware (used to be over 3 aisles worth and the dog toys used to be 2-3 aisles. That’s why I went to the store a lot was for those items. There was only 3 cashiers and the line was backed up 2 were busting their tales but 1 was walking slowly back and forth to hang hangars she was friendly just not making the check out process quick and efficient. Also nice clearance section.

Horrible customer service. Retail associates are rude as well as the cashiers. Cashiers rush you out the door when checking out & don’t give you time to gather your things.

Was thinking of leaving when I realized the line was to the back of the store. Waited it out and to my surprise Marshalls employees stepped up their game and had every register open. Nice job and thank you!!

I like Marshalls clothing, but, the greeters and Cashier's do not even speak to you once you enter! The Cashier's seems stressed and unpleasant! Not a good buying experience from this store!
