Be sure to see Todd at Liberty tax on Jonestown Rd. He is honest and does what is most beneficial for his clients. The only issue I had was the amount shown for my Federal return. I asked if this was the amount "before" Liberty took their fees out? He said no we show you the amount after our fees come out so you will get all of this amount. My deposit was smaller. Upon further review and speaking with Todd he was referring to the federal + state refund amount at the bottom of the transfer fee disclosure sheet while I was referring to the expected amount at the top of the sheet. I felt mislead but there's so much irony when considering other people's perception.
