Bad bad experience. A really nonsensical delivery policy. I understand how to purchase furniture, that you are getting what you like from the distribution center not the piece in the gallery. I was attempting to purchase two pieces that were on discount off of the floor. I could have bought them and took them out right then. But I wanted and needed to have them delivered, their truck is sitting in the parking lot. Was willing to pay the fee that was no problem. Yes evidently it is a problem, instead of delivering to my house they had to send them to their distribution out of state and back in by a third party delivery service. And couldn't guarantee that one of the pieces would survive all the shipping. Did not purchase, and never will. I am a truck driver, and this policy makes no logical sense whatsoever. Just put it in the truck and bring it to my house.

Really nice place, the only disadvantage here, it will really cost a lot to ship from Winston Salem to Virginia, but all in all I was really satisfied from the management and the team, they also have huge variety of sofas and chairs.

My wife and I bought our set of living room furniture just over a year ago from Lazy Boy. We were so excited about our new home and new furniture set. That was until we actually got the furniture and we’ve had problems with every piece since then.The recliners have had to have legs replaced 3 times because they drilled the hole at an angle, and the center support leg on the couch has now come lose and doesn’t support the couch anymore with any confidence.The company name is fitting, the workmanship is lazy, and boy am I tired with the customer service they have provided. It'd be nice to be able to relax on my couch without a worry of it collapsing at any moment.We waited on the phone with the repair line for over 3.5 hours, then when we finally talked to someone, we were told it’d be 3 weeks before someone could come fix our furniture.My mother in law owns the same couch, she has the same issue with the center leg… definitely won’t be buying any furniture from here in the future. Save your time, and save your money, shop anywhere else.

Knowledgeable and helpful in choosing chairs to met our needs.Update: Do Not Buy Chairs from Lazy Boy. Worst chairs and most expensive Chairs we have ever purchased .The chairs that arrived at our home were not the chairs we sat in at the showroom.Customer service is poor!If you are set in this brand look elsewhere for more affordable prices. We found the same chair for 40% less

I bought a recliner in March that does not sit good at all. I am a small person and bottom out when I sit down. Back support padding good on right side and very little on left. Please think hard before buying from them. I forgot my 30 year old recliner sits much better.

Special ordered a leather recliner but the color was not what I really wanted. The sales staff was upset and preasured my acceptance which further upset me as well. I grew to like the chair for its comfort but the experience not so much. I will not be shopping at Lazy Boy again. Too stressful!
