If we could give six stars we would! We are currently finishing up a new build and out of all of the teams we worked with, Kitchen Vision was by far the best. Super thorough and super professional from start to finish, it was a real pleasure to work with them. The design phase with Anna was very easy - Anna is very skilled at helping you find the right style for your home and her customer service is phenomenal, every email and phone call was quickly replied to. The install phase was just as good - the installers were very hardworking, efficient, and respectful of our needs and our new property. Can't recommend these guys enough!Services: Kitchen design

They did a great job on my friends' kitchen remodel. However, I tried contacting them over the course of a week with emails, calls, direct calls (from friends recc) and getting ahold of them was impossible. Seems like they have a lot of turn over right now with staff. Im sure they would have been amazing, but their front end communication is lacking.

I needed a cabinet over the toilet in each bathroom, but wanted something that looked finished and matched my other cabinets. Even though this job was small, Kitchen Vision did a wonderful job! I highly recommend them!

Beware of doing business with this place. We bought a thermadore hood and blower including installation. The hood was a replacement for an old one. The installers could not install the new hood without doing serious damage to our kitchen. We decided to repair the old hood. Kitchen Vision informed us after the fact that the hood and blower could not be returned! The new hood was never delivered to us. We do not want the item. We want our money back from the entire experience. This is not a company you want to do business with.

We have no complaints about our cabinetry. However we have needed small repairs after years of use. During a service visit the technician was rather patronizing by discounting the existence of a broken drawer. After jiggling the brackets he pronounced the drawer "fixed". After continued months of the drawer jamming even when relocated I brought the drawer in to the shop. The rollers were immediately replaced. I noticed that the new rollers were larger than the old ones. The response was " the old ones are worn down". Well, if they don't fit in the drawer I'll be back again I replied. On that thought I was supplied with new brackets, that don't resemble my current ones at all, and instructed just to do it myself. Not being an experienced carpenter I questioned this. Of course, the new rollers are too big and the brackets have to be replaced. We also have panels that continually fall off of the cabinets. We never made any progress getting service on these so we resorted to paying another builder to help us out. I doubt we'll have any luck this time either.
