Love love love this place! Customer service was great. I was first introduced to this place from YouTuber named Donna (BeautifulTooCreations with Donna). I was able to find everything I wanted and a few things I didn't know I wanted?

Love this store! Has all your baking needs from flavorings to cake/pie containers. Very nice staff and prices are more than reasonable!

They were out of one essential ingredient I needed, which was understandable based upon the time of year, but when I asked if they knew where I might find the ingredient I was told “ Oh, it’s completely sold out everywhere “ so I asked if they could recommend a substitute for the ingredient- “No, no idea.” I left the store and decided to try another store- they had the ingredient I was looking for and when I Googled a substitute for the ingredient, there were multiple substitutes. I do think that customer service should involve trying to help your customers- even if it means suggesting a visit to a competitor.

Wonderful little store with a lot of great cake supplies. The thing that elevates this store above all others though, is the knowledgable and friendly staff who are more than willing to talk with you about ideas or concerns for your bakes.

I found out about this store through a YouTuber and it just so happened we were going on vacation in NC and I decided to stop in and purchase some items. The owner was very nice including her staff, I definitely will make the trip to purchase more.
