Gabriel Barkley and Kelly Office Solutions are great. Providence Baptist Church Kernersville has had a business relationship with Kelly for more than 10 years. We have always had above average customer service and attention to detail. Each copier we have leased has been delivered on time with a thorough demonstration of all features. Service calls are always completed earlier than expected and according to our schedule, which is rare. Gabe worked with us to ensure we had the best machine for our needs. we are very satisfied and will continue to do business with them.

Our company recently transferred printer services from another vendor to KOS. The customer service (Gabe, specifically) was top-notch. He was prompt in his responses and ensured that I was kept informed throughout the entire process. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden fees or surprises.Overall, I highly recommend Gabe (and KOS) for anyone in need of printer supply and service. Gabe Barkley, our Account Manager at Kelly Office Solutions, guided us through the end of our lease and the beginning of our new lease on our Ricoh Copier. He contacted us well before our lease expired and was able to save us some money. He was there when they installed our new copier and followed-up with us after the installation. He is very professional and has remained someone we can call on with a question. His response time is great! We recently moved our copier to another room and he walked us through what we needed to do. The move went smoothly thanks to his guidance.
