Place is very clean. Unit as described. Love the fact that it is climate-controlled.

My husband and I have rented a storage unit from Jonestown Self Storage for several, several years now. Kerri, the Office Manager is friendly, kind, easy to work and always willing to help! The storage facilities were well maintained, i.e. clean, safe, and we had very easy access in/out whenever we needed! Moving our stuff in/out was very easy! Thank you, thank you for the best experience we have ever had! I highly recommend you give Kerri a call right now.

I would recommend this storage facility completely, 100%. The manager, Kerri Humphrey, was so nice and accomidating. Unbelieveable customer service! I needed a storage room quickly, so I emailed and got a response that evening, even though she was on vacation that week! Once she was back at work, she emailed me details of availability and even went above and beyond to send me pictures of different units because I wasn't able to get by there. I will never go anywhere else if and when I need another storage unit!

I highly recommend renting a storage unit from Jonestown Self Storage.The numerous times I have rented a unit in other states over the years, renting from Kerri was definitely the best experience I have had renting a storage unit.Kerri was so kind, understanding and patient with my unique circumstances.I will definitely rent another unit from her if needed in the future.

Because of moving, I've rented several storage units over the years and Jonestown Self-Storage is the best I've used.I rented a unit there for 3 years at a great rate and the rate stayed the same the entire time. They never raised the rent.I highly recommend Jonestown Self-Storage.
