my ETA to pickup has been pushed back several times which i’m not sure why because the post office delivered them to the store on 7/28. when you try to call, the number does not work, they don’t have any other contact info to get in touch with someone & i think that is so unprofessional

I brought some jordans from Jimmy Jazz Thursday for my son and when I looked in the box there was two different size shoes. The Lady that I spoke to there said to give hear a number on the side of the box and I did. Than she said you couldn't got those shoes here you had to get it somewhere else. How are you going to tell me where I brought my son shoes. She told me that at least three times and every time I told her I got my son shoe from there. It's y'all fault the reason why I have two different size shoes but she Was not working with me but just saying I didn't get my shoes from they're and my son start school tomorrow what am I suppose to do

Been looking online from any response from this company in regards to their employee twice refusing service to a blind man because he had his service dog with him. Cannot find anything.

Waited to be checked out because one of the employees told another to go get her food and stood there and gave him the money and wrote down what she wanted and what not as I was standing there waiting to be checked out… like cmon.

Management had the police remove a blind man because his service dog wasn't wearing a vest, but a harness with the words "seeing eye" on it. Is this the kind of business you want to support? Not me! And please, owner, don't give me that "I am very sorry to hear you had a bad experience with us..." stuff. Instead, fire the manager who is responsible for this inhuman attitude. According to other reviews, she's a problem and not just for blind people.

horrrrrrible customer service. I love jimmy jazz but it seems as if every location just doesn’t care about their customers. went in here, no one really welcomed us.. one person did ask if we were doing ok so that’s where the second star comes from but when we went to check out, there was an employee behind the register on her phone and didn’t even look at us or say “one second someone is on their way to check y’all out” or anything.. we waited there awkwardly while she was just on her phone and THEN a guy came and checked us out and he wasn’t even friendly. not a great experience.

This store actively discriminates against persons with disabilities. They had a blind man forcibly removed from the store because of his service dog.
