Never in 51 years have I failed an inspection due to a dirty windshield wiper. Was told I had to buy wipers to pass inspection. I inspected the wipers and they were dirty from sitting all summer. I’ll never again frequent another jiffy lube. It has never in my 51 years of life spent 3 hours of my day to get a vehicle inspected. Jiffy Lube needs to stick to what they were intended to be… An oil change and lube station. I do from the business aspect understand the upsell technique sure try to sell some overpriced wipers to boost profits but dishonesty is dishonesty. If I were an individual who didn’t know my head from my behind I would have bought those $29.00 wiper blades instead of taking my 6 month old blades, a rag, and some soapy water to wipe the dirt that gathered on them from sitting in my yard all spring and summer.

It took 47 minutes for an oil change. I was the ONLY car there and there were 5 employees that I saw. I could have driven 30 minutes farther to my usual spot and still been out faster and pay $89 instead of $117.

I spent $200 for an oil change, tire rotation, and air filter change that took a total of 3 HOURS! The staff was extremely rude. As soon as I left, my check engine light came on. I left at 6pm when the store closed so I came back the next morning to get my check engine light looked at since I didn’t have it before I came to Jiffy Lube. Once I arrived one of the ladies asked why I had comeback. I told her why and her response to my check engine light was “what does that have to do with me?” In a very rude tone. It just so happens that a part of my car needed cleaned or replaced. Normally I wouldn’t jump to conclusions, but I don’t think this is a coincidence with the horrible experience I had the day before. I truly believe the workers at jiffy lube took advantage of the fact that I’m a young college student girl and overcharged me for a terrible service that just so happened to mess up my car even further

Took my car for an inspection on a Saturday. It has a manual transmission. I ended up performing half of my own inspection because no one who worked there knew anything about a manual, they couldn't even start it let alone drive it. The customer service was good, no complaints there, but this is my first experience taking my car somewhere for service and finding that no one could drive it.

I was treated very well in the store. Everyone was extremely helpful. However, one week after service on this new truck (8k miles) I got a low oil warning. When I looked at the receipt to verify the type so that I could add more I see that 7 quarts of oil was billed. The capacity of this Silverado is 8quarts.
