I am very thankful for Kevin and Scott at Jackson's Auto Worx, for looking after me and my car. They work to find quality parts at the best price when repairs are needed and the technicians have been great in servicing my car. It is so rewarding to have these folks looking after me. This was my First time, and I plan to be back (hopefully not to often though)
The team at Jackson Auto Worx helped with identifying an issue with my vehicle that was out of the ordinary and provided the expertise to get the issue resolved.The few other places I called directed me to take it to the dealership. The Jackson team not only fixed the issue,but did it at a fair price! I Recommend to anyone new in the area looking for assistance with their vehicle.

My friends have been taking to their car to Jackso Auto Worx for a long time and have been recommending me for a while. I was so glad that I took my car there for the first time for diagnose for unusual noises this time. They were so friendly and helpful that I was so moved. They were not only efficient and capable, but so professional and personable. I'm thinking about switching my car mechanic to the Jackson for good. I was that happy about it!

I have to tell you that if you need a place to have your vehicle serviced, you will not go wrong trusting the folks at Jackson Auto.
These guys are friendly, easy to talk to, and honest. Their pricing on service items has been very fair.
Their place is clean and easy to get to. The waiting room is modern and clean, Offering coffee, television and uncomfortable place to sit.
Give them a try! You won’t regret it.

So I’m not sure if these guys have new owners or if maybe they were bought out but recently I don’t think they are as trustworthy as some of those five star reviews paint them out to be. a couple weeks ago I brought my Honda Civic to them so I can get an inspection and I had already fixed any lightbulbs that were out and made sure that there was nothing that would fail during the inspection. I get there and they start the service on my car and a couple minutes later a guy comes back and says hey your license plate light is out and I thought well that’s kind of weird I’m pretty sure I checked that so I go no thank you just hand me my car back I’ll fix the light. I’ll bring it back to you guys. No problem, the guy turns around and says well I’m sorry we’re not finished with the inspection so we’re gonna go ahead and hold onto your car and then at the end we’ll hand it back to you. Immediately I’m like OK that’s weird sort of a red flag but I ignored it. He comes back couple minutes later and says and your window tint failed and we’re gonna have to charge you an extra fee for that. Now I’m really confused because I don’t have tint on my windows When I bought the car from the dealership 3 years ago, you could tell that the car was tinted and that whoever the previous owner was or the dealership removed all of the tint, they left a piece, not much bigger than my hand mind you I’ve had my car inspected twice already since I bought it and I’ve had a couple tickets no one has ever said anything about that little piece of tint. I was convinced that this was just a coincidence and that nothing was wrong here. Well here I am a couple weeks later and I’m driving late at night and I noticed something weird that light they were talking about for my license plate. It works. so not only did they lie to me about failing the inspection they even made up a reason to fail it and charged me for it the full price of the inspection plus the window testing tint fee $37 with tax. So no I don’t think these people are trustworthy and I wouldn’t bring my car back ever.

These guys are top notch. They are honest, communicate through the process, explain everything, and treat your vehicle like it’s their own. Things that should be standard in the service industry but unfortunately are not. I’ve worked with Kevin and his team several times and also see how well they treat other customers. I will not take our vehicles anywhere else moving forward.

I needed to get my car looked at before driving to PA for a new job. They were able to get me in and fixed up within a few days! Not to mention, they are the nicest gentleman I’ve met in a long time!

We just moved to the state and Jackson was recommended to us. They have fixed 2 of our vehicles and kept us informed all the way through. It is a pleasure to work with them.
