Had a warning light on my 2006 GMC Yukon saying to service tire pressure monitor. J Medic said they could do the job and was able to have it done same day. They also went over the vehicle, which I much appreciated, and said that my AC belt was worn and cracked and also recommended replacing the belt beside it since they were in there. I had them go ahead and do it to prevent a belt breaking. There was no pressure to do anything further as I’m very particular about my vehicles and would rather be safe than sorry. The guys at the front desk were professional and one of them, Darryl, owned a Yukon too so he knew exactly about the vehicle. I highly recommend them.

After Bob King Kia kept my car for THREE weeks and not being able to diagnose the issue with my car, I took my car to J medic on a Thursday evening and had an answer from them by 12 noon the next day. They are honest and very knowledgeable. We will be using them for all our mechanical needs from now on

We had a wonderful experience with the Jmedic team! We had had a horrible experience with the dealership, and we’re desperately seeking a team of mechanics who understood our 96 Jeep Cherokee and we found that in the folks at J medic!! They were able to quickly diagnose the issues, that the dealership was either unable to diagnose, or diagnosed incorrectlly, and made the repairs swiftly!!! We are so thrilled to have our Cherokee back on the road, at a fraction of the cost erroneously quoted by the dealership!!! Cannot recommend this team highly enough!!

As always, my interactions with J Medic have been great. Most recently my Jeep had numerous sensor lights "pop up". I took a picture of the dash, sent the picture via text to J Medic and in short order they responded and set up an appointment the next day to analyze. Next day, they quickly determined the issue and fixed.
Another great experience.
