I gave 1 star because you can’t leave negative stars. This place is a joke. I called because the address Google had is no longer there, I called and they messaged me to text. I sent a text that I was trying to locate them. The gentleman that called me back was rude. He said Google and I don’t listen. They moved and that my bind is not his problem. He said I needed an appointment and did not have one. I said web did not say anything about that , I was just trying to get a wash. He said that is not his problem and he has a fleet of trucks booked 6 months out and I’m only spending $45 and don’t matter. I would not take any of my fleet here just off how he treated me on the phone.

So my box truck was down for 11 months so it was dirty! Even though I saw the very low rating which was a 2 point something I called this company any way because I heard they were very good. The rude dude that answered the phone asked if I had an appointment which was totally understandable. I told him no and told him that I'd like to set one up he told me to go to Greensboro and before I could ask where at in Greensboro he said good bye sir. How can you be that good at something but yet be so hateful towards a potential customer. I pray that (GOD) touches his heart of what's ailing him!

I was reading the reviews about people having bad experience dealing with this company setting up appointments when they called me back. The reviews don't lie. The person was so rude and didn't seem to comprehend. Don't waste your time and money. If you decide to use them and have a bad experience you were warned.

The owner is very condescending and rude. You need to book 1 month in advance and that's impossible to do with the bad adittude you receive on the phone.
