Just dropped off an antique etching and the lady behind the counter ripped it almost immediately then casually offered to tape it - like that would fix it. No apology just said “oh it’s brittle”. I’ve had the piece loose in my house for 3 years and it’s survived a toddler with no damage. It’s on heavy paper only prone to tearing if you’re careless.

I found it difficult to find someone to help me find a product that I was looking for. They move things around so much that it's hard to find what you are looking for. I do enjoy browsing through the store to see their new items.Although it was strange to see fall things being put out in May.

They have good products and the staff is very knowledgeable in their sections. They do lack in stock sometimes but they can't help it it's managed by a computer that obviously can't count. But overall it's a great place for fast crafting supplies.
