There is no option for 0 stars, horrible costumer service me and my dad bought a car almost 2.5 month ago and still did not get the plating they dont care about costumers after they sell the car, after we called more than 50 times they say manager knows about plating and he will call you back and he never does, they are racist and irresponsible i would give them bellow 0 star if i could.

My husband recently purchased a 2022 Ford Edge SEL from Hertz. He had been looking for a new vehicle for about a month. We had a great experience at this dealership. Didn't feel like we were surrounded by pushy salesmen. Avery was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Keith the sales manager explained all the available coverage that we could purchase on the vehicle. Giving us time to decide what was needed without making us feel pushed or rushed. Really made us feel like he was giving us a fair deal unlike many of the other car dealerships we've gone to. My husband was able to purchase the vehicle that he wanted at the price point he was looking for with the coverage that he needed. They even replaced the spare tire was missing from the vehicle with no extra charge. This dealership will definitely be our go to when we need any vehicle. Would highly recommend!

The first car I bought when I came to America, I bought it at Hertz. My English is not good, but he helped me a lot and did all the procedures for me. I had a great experience at Hertz. I love my car, it's awesome and I got it for a good price.

If you value your sanity and your wallet, avoid this place as best as possible. Bought a truck and yes I get it's used, but when they say their gonna take care of the deep scratches if I drove it all the way back up there just for to use a paint pen on them. Hell I could've bought a paint pen myself for less than I spent in gas going back up there... 30 day tags been expired for 2 extra weeks waiting for new tag for the person to tell me oh the dmv is behind, another week goes by only to find out I haven't gotten my tag because they never inspected the vehicle, now to either drive back up there( BTW I live 45 min away) to get it inspected lmao what a joke of a car dealership, or at least I guess the punch line is the management and the staff

One of the best places I have purchased a car from. Very nice, did not feel pushed to purchase in any way, shape, or form. Would recommend for a buying experience any day of the week!

It HURTS to shop at HERTZ...I made the mistake of buying a car from them (2021 Chevy Traverse; not a cheap car) and not only did the salesman gaslight me into believing that it's OK to have different tires on the car (an AWD vehicle, which is NOT OK and I need $1,000 worth of work done), but I had problems with the car from the beginning. I wish I'd never bought this car; that's what I get for buying a rental. What a stupid move on my part, all the way around.

When it comes down to leaving a review, I wanted to be fair so that my review can be pretty accurate which is why I waited 5 years to leave this. If I left a review when I purchased I couldn’t be too much focused on the quality of my purchase, my review would only be focused on my customer service experience.
Back in 2018, I bought a 2017 kia optima from this Hertz car sales on peters creek pkwy. I started the process with one representative (maybe his name was Andy? Andrew? Cody?) and Keith the manager, finished the process.
I can say 5 years later I haven’t had issues with my Kia Optima. I did outside financing with my bank so I didn’t get any extra warranties or anything. My vehicle has be en super reliable and I have zero complaints. And I remember The customer service experience was pleasant and easy. I recommend this dealership.

I filled in the information on the Hertz Car Sales Website for a valuation of my car for a trade-in. When I went to the dealership in Winston Salem, they evaluated my car. Their number was 15% of the online Hertz evaluation. The online evaluation is nothing more than a bait value to get you to come into the salesroom. I drove 90 miles for this. Very bad experience.

Johnny & Cody are FREAKING AMAZING. My entire experience was phenomenal. Both of these guys made my purchase seem less and the turn around time was amazing. I purchase my 2022 Tesla the same day without any hiccups. Both of these gentlemen worked very very hard and both deserve a raise. The two of them deserved to be praised with the most highest recognition for all of their hard work. From the time I walked in the door until the sale was final these gentlemen worked hard. Thank you to Johnny & Cody. I could not have done it without you two.

We purchased an SUV in December of 2023. All of the team members were kind, patient, and excellent in their field. Cody was our sales agent and he did a fantastic job helping us and answering our questions. Thanks to all of you at Hertz car sales for helping us find the vehicle we wanted.
