Took an extra 30 minutes, not bad though. The bad part is the car was absolutely filtro on the outside, I would guess it hadn't been wash in a couple of months.When I left and got out in the sun i could hardly see out the windshield or right side windows.I've made it home and emailed hertz. They don't care. Pick someone else to rent from.

Waited an hour past my reservation time to pick up the car. And the employee working did not seem to care one bit. Messed up my entire day. When you have a reservation, they should uphold that.

We needed a last minute rental car to get us home from vacation when ours broke down less than half way there. Kirby did a great job, picking us up from the car repair location and getting us into a good car at a reasonable price!

Hertz and Ian's Body Shop are the world's worst place to go. They were rude and very unhelpful. An estimator/salesman named Chris was very disrespectful. I would NOT recommend this place for any type of business or service. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere that is friendly...

Ok overall... But if you rent make sure to check the windshield wipers.... There was a ton of rain the week i rented and the ones on the car I rented were really bad... But other than that ok.

Unfortunately between this year and last, we have had occasion to use Hertz quite a bit. We've had two vehicles crushed by a tree, one cosmetically damaged. And the same rear-ended last year. In each case Hertz was there with a comparable vehicle for us. Always clean and full of gas. Definitely take advantage of their fuel plan. It will cut the cost of gas at refill/ turn in. Thanks Guys!
