Worst service ever. Bit up cars. Never again! This was my first time renting from them and I had the worst experience ever. I’m glad I tried them so I know NEVER to use HERTZ ?

I had an absolutely amazing experience buying a car at Hertz, Andrew was an amazing employee who was very kind and attentive, making sure everything was in order and the manager was just as amazing, I can’t recommend this place enough, thank you guys for being fantastic, definitely check them out if you’re looking to buy a nice used car or rent one ?

Returned my car a whole month ago, For one the staff paid me no mind as i was returning my car and simply told me to just sit the key on the desk and i was good to go never discussed when i would be getting my deposit back or anything ive rented from Enterprise numerous of times and got my deposit back to my Boa Mastercard card the very next day so i know it has nothing to do with my bank, they already give me very shadey vibes the car was in the same condition i received it in also tank was ALL THE WAY FULL i feel like my deposit was pocket or kept by someone else which is really upsetting because nothings cheap these days everybody works hard for their money. its been a whole month now

I have rented from this location multiple times and it’s always been a great experience. The staff is extremely polite and courteous, and the cars I have received are basically brand new. The Malibu I rented today had less than 5k miles. The friendliness of the staff is what I valued the
most though. I will definitely rent from this location again.

These people never answer their phones! I understand that their hours close at 5pm, but I called multiple times before 5pm with the phone ringing nonstop with no one answering and no voicemail option. One time I even tried to call a few minutes before 5pm and they disconnected the call right at 5:00 with no one answering the phone. Read the reviews people!

Beware of this business. 2731 Peters Creek Parkway Winston Salem NC. Sketchy.
They go by various business names: Hertz, Dollar Rentals etc. All operating out of the same location. But there is no sign and when you ask, the employees have no clue where it is they're working ?
My work van is getting repairs done, so I needed to rent a van. I reserved a cargo van yesterday. Received an email confirmation. When I arrived to pick it up today, what do you know ...they didn't have a record of my reservation. When I showed them the email, they just shrugged. The guy said he'd "tell the manager". I had no choice but to leave.
Very unprofessional & unreliable. I based my work schedule on the fact that they told me they had a van. It's tough for a self employed person to be jerked around because it affects everything else, the time frame of machine rentals, other work clients are having done etc.
I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. More evidence the US is in the late stages of empire decline ?♀️
Went down the road to Penske at 375 Peters Creek Parkway. Professional and they weren't even slightly confused about what businesses were operating out of their building ? (Would also recommend 2550 Peters Creek Parkway, America's Auto Mart (Storage Sense) they rent a U-Haul cargo vans.
*Umm, yes, it most definitely will deter me (and hopefully protect others) from using your business in the future.

10/10. Dylan Leszek and the guys at Hertz made purchasing my first car a success. From the initial greeting the energy was extremely positive. Couldn’t thank him enough for his help in making this happen! Go buy with Hertz on Peterscreek!!

Very terrible experience… Please read all the reviews. They perfectly describe this place.Car supposed to be ready at 12:00 still not ready at 1:30. No one to be found in the office for 45 minutes. No one to contact at all.

Worse than terrible !!!!!!- The car wasn't available upon pickup - almost 2 days later could not reach customer service for the return of our deposit- employees finally fixed the problem - after they said they were unable - - Please run by this one as fast as you can.

Traded in my vehicle for a vehicle on the lot over the summer . I did a look around everything looked ok? As time goes on I have found trim pieces gone that I’ve purchased out of my own pocket .. not cheap what so ever .. there’s 2 still that I cannot afford to replace right now . I was cleaning the car yesterday and seen where the side panel cover on the seat was ZIP TIED!!! so they knew it was broken . They just did a good job hiding it . I am just constantly finding hidden parts that are missing or just broken and it’s frustrating.

In under 5 minutes, Nyona and Avery had me out the door and on my way. Professional and courteous every step of the way! It was a company rental, and we will be back again.
