I bought a Acura MDX for 4OOO and only had it for four days and didn’t even drive it 600 miles so I called a man name Brandon and he gave us the run around for 2 weeks and ever time I went to talk to him about the car he acted like he didn’t won’t to talk to me about the issue so I went today because I have had a enough and he told us it was the engine and there was nothing that he could do about it that it was not his problem..his attitude was very disrespectful the whole time we was in front of him..and the sad part is he is suppose to me a Christian and I sure don’t know of any type of Christian that acts they way this man did about the situation…

My sister had a bought a car from Brandon and already had issues with it four days after buying it so we go to him with the problem and he told us it’s not his issue and that he didn’t do it so now my sister is stuck with a car with a blown engine and she spent 4000!!!’

We bought a Chevy truck from here we got to test drive it and check it out as long as we wanted to! It was an amazing experience here at The Car People. I would 100% recommend going here if looking for an affordable car or any car at all! Great customer service and the guy was very nice!

Wouldn’t recommend business with this dude at all. he hooks you up with insurance that’s incorrect just to solidify a sale then tries to resell the same cars after picking them up from people. Cars seem perfect on lot soon as you pull off you’ll have a ton of problems.

I dont know which rating would be appropriate because I ended up having to have surgery before the purchase. I looked at a nice Toyota Avalon that drove great. The check engine light popped on after a long test drive alone, and I notified the salesman. He said they would get the problem fixed and I ended up having to need surgery for a health issue shortly thereafter. The car was nice, the management was very responsive and based on my prepurchase experience, I can only honestly say they I had a good experience here. I would give them my business based on the aforementioned.

We made a reservation and were told they did not open until 12. We showed up at 12 and waited until some random guy showed up in a truck and had the owner on speaker phone and told me I had to make a reservation. I explained to him that I did. He said he wouldn't be back until 2-3 that day. They stay closed unless you make a reservation and even then they obviously can't come to their business to do their Job. Owner was rude and no help. Do not rent from here. Save your time and money.

Great Customer service. Very professional Staff. I only used the UHaul service portion of the business, and they do sell cars. The Customers that were there discussing an auto deal appeared to be pleased with their interchange with Staff, and this is all I can say vis-a-vis auto sales.

I simply love working with the Sales team of this establishment. They are not out to sell cars at the expense of their customers, but rather they are putting their customers in the cars that are right for them. Amazing customer service. Amazing knowledge of the Auto Industry. I would definitley recommend my friends and business associates to frequent this company for a solid, quality auto, tailored to their needs.

I went around Winston Salem, Looking at all types of cars. I only had 800 to put down on a new car because mines just broke down. Everybody kept telling me no. I went to The Car People with the mindset they were going to turn me away also. Its like everybody wanted 1200/1500 on a use car. I had the pleasure of interacting with my sale rep Brandon. He was able to work some numbers out, get me approved just based off my income and get me in the car I wanted. I had a great experience with this company. I would recommend them to anybody I know that's in the market for a used vehicle for a low reasonable price. Thank you The Car People, I love my GMC Envoy.
