Came in looking for something in particular, we were greeted and helped by the sweetest lady! We found exactly what we were looking for and they all went out of their way to help us. We had help loading and they offered a promo we didn’t expect too saving us some money. We are now looking at a new couch with them! This will now be our go to store! Thank you

I have a few pieces of a set of living room furniture and decided to complete the set. I knew what I needed and did not want to drive the long distance to order more pieces of the set so I called to see if I could place the order with them over the phone. It was amazing, they had my information from the previous purchase and knew what I was looking for and took my order over the phone then I paid for it from the link that was sent to me and I was given the date it would arrive for pick-up. They were so easy to work with me. I couldn't be more pleased with not just their kind service over the phone but the quality of the furniture cannot be compared to any other furniture I have ever owned. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for something so important.

Best sales experience I’ve ever had. Joanna listened to exactly what I was looking for and gave me several wonderful options. She asked about my home colors so we could pick out the right materials for my lifestyle. She spent a lot of time with me and I didn’t feel rushed at all. The showroom furniture is awesome. I made a mistake purchase with another company that lead me to Haverty’s. I won’t be making that mistake again! Can’t wait for my new living room! The branch manager was super nice and the financial part of the sale was quick and easy.

Audra was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was patient and efficient.
The interaction between the coworkers and management was a pleasure to see. The manager was extremely friendly and helpful. The young man who helped load our chairs was also very nice . We will recommend you to everyone we can.

We had a fantastic experience at the Winston Salem Haverty’s store. The sales associate was very friendly, but gave us space to browse on our own, and was helpful when we had questions. However, what really sold us was the design experience. Ryan did a fantastic job capturing our space, using the items we preferred, but adding so many additional details and touches that we never would’ve thought of. He truly went above and beyond. The delivery date was also much sooner than anticipated which is exciting! I would definitely recommend furniture shopping here and using the design experience.
