Sold us a car with tint that wouldn’t pass inspection. The tint was barely above legal limit so it was hard to tell at time of purchase. He had it inspected so if they passed it for him with bad time what else do they let slide.

Sold us a lemon and left us with the bill after the transmission fell out less than 2 weeks later and neither Hatcher nor Royalty wanted to take responsibility. Instead Hatcher just took advantage of our desperate situation with 4 children and no vehicle and gave us a “deal” by selling us another vehicle straight out through him but only after requiring ANOTHER down payment. Four years later and the repo of the lemon that we had no choice to let go is keeping us from being able to buy a house. This guy is a crook and fits the true definition of a dirty car salesman.
