What I asked for vs what I got. The dude sucks if you can't do it that's fine just tell me you can't don't give me a bowl cut ? they mess up my wifes hair too. Long story short don't go here unless you just want a bad cut.

if I could go ve a lower rating I would. I have used the Great Clips in King, NC since it opened. I always tell them I do not like for my ears to show. today I requested a half inch all over and stipulated that I don't want my ears to show. the stylist totally ignore this and now my hair is about an inch long and my ears are completely uncovered. the second stylist said it's not as bad as I think and the manager said I was being rude. they offered me free coupons and said my hair would grow back in 2 weeks. my hair does not grow 2 inches in 2 weeks. I'm embarrassed to be seen like this. Great Clips will never touch my hair again!

We had a coupon for a free haircut, you get what you pay for. People were nice enough but didn't seem that skilled. When I mentioned the coupon they said they wouldn't honor it because it was a discount day. Won't be back

I have been to 6 Great Clip Locations in my life and out of the 4 in Winston Salem and the 6 period the best haircut I ever got was here my barber I don't know her name but she wears glasses and has pink in her hair she did a great job . This is my now my favorite location and she is my favorite great clips barber .

Just spent a freaking hour waiting on a haircut. 10am-11am on a Monday. There’s was no one ahead of me when I came in…. The hairstylist were taking their time and talking with the customers getting their haircut… I get it, build rapport, but Jesus Christ… an hr of my time wasted.

One of the worst haircuts I've received. The woman cutting hair took an hour to completely butcher my hair, and it was clear she had no idea what she was doing. I had to help her with basic hygiene and hair cutting things that I only know because I've gotten my hair cut before, basic things that most people know, that somehow she didn't. I've stuck with Great Clips for far longer than necessary because I've always used them. Now I see why everyone I talk to never goes to Great Clips. Use this place if you don't care how you look.
