I never see such a rude clerk,She enjoyed wıth me,ı asked for membershıp card but she saıd ıf ı dont have any USA phone number ıt will not work,and them she trıed ıt works and she ask me ıdentıfıy number ı said ı dont lıve here she saıd you can not have thıs card ,bla bla blaaaa ,ıt was fun for her but not for me….I never go there agaınn. You can easyly identify her who has brow hair,dark skin,fat: I was there today at 17:00-18:00

Also their customer service is terrible I had ordered something in the store. The manager treated me well she gets five stars. But she put down my wrong email address for the items I had purchased in store. I'll call the gap where I purchase this item they couldn't do anything as well I called customer service mind you we're in 2022 she could not change my email address so I can get updates on my tracking information. I had also called the Gap online customer service again you get overseas people who do not speak good English it really makes me mad to know that stores that are in the US of a do not hire customer service reps. again I ask for a supervisor at this store in the US and I got nowhere. Finally I had spoken to one of the customer service reps telling me that they could not change the email address that for me to keep calling back to track my purchase I find this ridiculous technology has changed to where they should have been able to correct this issue but they did not I won't be ordering from them any longer as well

The sales associate (white female with short brown hair) prevented me from receiving the online sales price even though I requested to match the price and everything I brought was on sale online. She always has a nasty attitude. This store has a reputation of treating black customers like thieves and problems. The store manager Justin couldn't care less about how the customers are treated. Horrible experience just shop online you will get the best price and not have to deal with the discrimination.

Gap is the best store on the planet, the people who work in this Gap are AWESOME. The sales are incredible. I could live in Gap. Have I mentioned Gap is the best? It really is. I just got two shirts yesterday for $7 total. A steal. I love you Gap.
