We decided to get a hot tub for our anniversary present this year. We have never had one. Caroline helped us pick out one. It was delivered last week and she has helped with getting the water just right. Glad to have the support since we are first time owners.

Hot Tub that I purchased from Fun Outdoor Living was delivered today by Miles and his crew. They were all 3 of the utmost professionalism… they were knowledgeable and courteous. Waiting on cover to be installed and then getting things ready to start it up.

Have not shop with you all but please let the drivers know too cover the trailer properly. Hard chunks of mulch falling off hitting peoples cars is not ok.

What a fantastic experience! From start to finish, FOL has been a partner on this project. Starting with sales through the project manager, to sub-contractors they have been extraordinarily communicative with every step of the process. The work has also been done beautifully and with care for our project and the impacted land surrounding it. Everyone that has been on our property has been friendly and respectful. I would 1000X over recommend doing business with FOL. Thank you!

I recently stopped in because I was having problems getting the water balanced in my hot tub. I was traveling to Winston-Salem for an unrelated task and I collected a water sample in hopes that maybe they would test my water. I live an hour from the store and purchased my spa from another dealer. I really was concerned that they may not even be willing to help me since I wasn't their customer. Upon entering the store I was pleasantly greeted by Caroline DiFiore. My apprehension immediately melted away. Caroline was amazingly friendly and the store was immaculate. Caroline carefully listened to my concerns regarding my spa water and immediately offered to test my water. Her level of customer engagement was unmatched. Caroline was clever, funny, confident, knowledgeable, engaging... ok, i could keep going. But she was simply the best customer service/sales person that I have encountered in years. Caroline sold me the products that I needed and gave me her card with the assurance that if I had any questions to give her a call. I bought a Free Flow spa from the dealer out of Roanoke because I was in their service area and that is apparently a manufacturer requirement. I by far had a better customer experience at Fun Outdoor Living. Thank you Caroline for a great encounter and I wish you much success as you continue your professional journey. You are an incredible asset to your company and I hope they recognize that!!!

My experience with Fun Outdoor Living has all been all positive so far; now, I can’t wait to fill’er up and jump in.Adam Kruse, the salesman we worked with, went above and beyond, coming to our home twice and teaching us how to use the chemicals, etc…I highly recommend buying your own spa from Fun Outdoor Living. ??

The fist person I spoke with was Caroline. Loved her immediately. She was polite in answering my questions, very kind and she knows her hot tubs.Our tub was delivered Friday. Today, we started filling it with water. First thing I did was message Caroline today. It has been a wonderful process! Our whole family is happy.
