Friendly, bilingual (English + Español), and honest mechanics! They always answer the phone when I call + they’re very knowledgeable and informative over the phone if you’re thinking about coming in. Their prices are also reasonable/affordable compared to others around Winston Salem.
I recently got a wheel alignment here and the mechanic was very informative about what my car did and *didn’t* need done. I did not feel pressured into making expensive repairs or replacements. I went early in the morning and they had me in and out fast! I will continue to get my car serviced here!

They are great I got my wheel alignment done very fast and they checked everything else for free to make sure I'm safe ! Most places won't do that! It always about the money so definitely coming bck for any work needing to be done

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GARAGE!!!!!!! I just brought a used car off a lot 2 weeks prior to contacting and frank asking if he could put in a new thermostat. He kept my car for 2 weeks then called me and told me that my car was infested with mice!!!! Mice from his garage!!!!!! He tried to blame me!! I said I don’t have mice. We said he he has a cat so no mice should have gotten in my car but it did!!! And they chewed through my wires my insurance quoted me $1300 to fix!!! I went from needing $300 for a thermostat to $1600 for a thermostat and new dashboard wiring! He held my car hostage telling me I still needed to pay $300 for his labor. At this time I was just gonna say F it and leave the car. But after a while I decided to get me car back! I went to pick my car up they tried to say I owed $500 for parking fees that no one ever said anything about, my front bumper was hanging off and my tires were changed. My cars odometer was significantly different so I know they were driving around in it!!! My paperwork in my glove compartment are shewed through. Worst shop ever!!!! Don’t ever go here!!!!

They have a body shop that works in the back…had my car over 3 weeks and when it was picked up we noticed there were ac issues…one of the issues they were supposed to have worked on. Contacted David to resolve the issue and he told us to contact the person who dropped off my car (a story for another day but David will know exactly who I am talking about) The ac has been blowing luke warm air, turns on loud and not picking up the outside temperature and according to another shop I had to take my car to, they must’ve lost the sensor and caused the wires to severe because it was wrapped around the coolant fan. All these great reviews, I would’ve expected better but in my case, bad business! I shouldn’t have to be paying anyone else to fix an issue that was created here. I guess after threatening to sue after claiming to not want to return my car, they didn’t wanna do the job correctly.

We bought a car from someone yesterday, and the CEL came on 5 minutes enroute home, of course.
He got us in today(next day) and replaced several things that needed it and got it back to us with plenty of time for us to hit the tag office!
He was friendly, and went above in my opinion. Plus he's probably got the best prices around. We will be continuing our business with him in future.

Frank and his team performed quick and efficient repair on my front fender that was cracked. I am 100% pleased and will be using him for all my car repair needs while I live in Winston-Salem. As a grad student new to the area, he was respectful of my time and worked with me. I can not recommend his garage enough! Kind, Thoughtful and Efficient! My car looks good as new!
