Not a good company. I just bought my car in January. In 1 month of me driving the car it starts to act funny. I take the car to frank Myers they kept telling me it was nothing wrong. After taking it back and forth to frank Myers for a month with no resolution. I took it to ford. Ford told me it would be a $1500 fix which I felt that frank Myers should have found the problem and handled it. And to put the icing on the cake the warrant doesn’t cover the fix. Frank myer still wouldn’t give me another car. Due to this not being my fault. Bad customer services.

After talking with Dante about a loan for a vehicle and not being able to work things out, he contacted us about another option - leasing a vehicle. We worked with him for 1/2 a day and part of the morning on the out the door down payment for a lease. After originally discussing $1,500, he came back requesting $2,000 - which would be a stretch but we said we could do it. Upon calling Dante back to confirm the $2,000, we also had him name off the cars that were available with amount down, to which he listed 8 or 9 available.
We thanked Dante and told him we’d be on our way to the dealership shortly. After a 30 minute drive and a few minutes of waiting, another gentleman came over to speak to us. He proceeded to ask the same questions we had covered with Dante previously (no - we don’t have anyone who can co-sign, and no - we can’t put more down). Then we were told they were unable to put us in a vehicle, buy or lease.
We wasted more than an hour of our time driving back & forth only to be fed a line of crap while the manager just sat behind his desk and did nothing.
For a company who claims they “don’t get paid unless they move vehicles”, this place is a joke and a waste of time.
