Really kind staff, worked with me to keep my grandmother comfortable after leaving the hospital with no delays on delivery. I would definitely recommend as they are way more responsive as a small business than the typical medical supply company

Forsyth Medical Supply has the best customer service and are very knowledgeable about everything you will need from mobility equipment to services you will need to recover in the comfort of your own home. Jessup and staff helped my dad after surgery with all the supplies he needed for a speedy recovery. Thanks Forsyth Medical!!

I’m so grateful for the friendly efficient service I received from Carson at Forsyth Medical Supply! Amazon and FedEx lost the important medical equipment I needed for my dad, and we could’ve had this equipment for him weeks ago if we had just come to Forsyth medical supply first. It is well worth a little extra cost!

I was referred to this company by the hospital I am having surgery at. The hospital told me that my insurance would cover all the medical supplies I needed..... they were wrong. However, walking into this store was the ABSOLUTE BEST THING I COULD HAVE DONE! When I walked in there was a sales associate and another women standing at the counter. The women behind the counter IMMEDIATELY greeted me and asked how she could help me. She introduced herself as "Carson" and proceeded to answer ALL OF MY QUESTIONS no matter how trivial or Ridiculous I thought they were, she still answered them with a smile. They also recommended some clearance products knowing that I was on a very tight budget being a single mother and finding out insurance wouldn't cover anything. She gave me more options than I ever could have hoped for as far as to get the products I needed and if it weren't for her recommending the "Care Credit" card I would have not instantly remembered that I had applied for a flex spend card through my company! Because of her, I save HUNDREDS of dollars that I could not afford to spend. Everything was covered under my Flexspend account with plenty of money left over for anything that may come up. She even carried everything out to my car. Carson was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL AND IF YOU NEED ANY MEDICAL SUPPLIES PLEASE GO HERE AND ASK FOR CARSON! I could not be more grateful for her. She took so much stress and anxiety out of this procedure for me and now I don't have to worry about how I am going to pay for these things or worry that I won't have them in time. She showed me every single Item I asked about walked me though the store and gave me her recommendations. I 100% trust her recommendations and will absolutely make this my supply store for life just because of her! Thank you so much Carson!

Forsyth Medical supply is a staple in the Winston Salem community. We utilized them for a rental knee scooter for my daughter after a foot fracture and they were great.The rental agreement was simple, cost was reasonable and the place was busy! The people who work there are always helpful and understand you never want to need a medical supply, but If you do, they will walk you through it.

Drove 35 Miles one way for Poor & Confusing direction sign(s).Re: Finally When located Store front & colors appearance, is that of a Shell's service station store front.In looking for a part for a knee scooter. I was directed to: harbor freight, Lowe's hardware or online,go figure that!The staff was not willing to help to find or locate a part. This was not done in a friendly or professional manner nor willing to look at the part numbers.THIS ESTABLISHMENTS RESPONSE: In response from this establishment is a very poor "generic" response.I'm assuming because of their response that, the information from the staff was not clarified to the owners. Thanks.

They are fraudulent, reckless and unprofessional. If an UNUSED product was incorrectly purchased, this establishment will NOT provide a refund and/or a FULL store credit.
