I've came to Forsyth Auto Care for years and they have always done me right. I've went to other mechanics and been ripped off and never once had this issue after I started coming to Forsyth. They've always fixed my car and looked out for me with other issues. They've always been very reasonable price wise. Everyone is always so kind and professional. I recommend them to anyone.

Forsyth Auto Care has been fantastic to me. The mechanics are honest and very knowledgeable. Sharon the receptionist who always greets me with a smile, is professional and friendly. This is where I have been taking my car for years and have never had any problems!!

The initial service seemed great but after receiving my car, it broke down again after being driven for 20 minutes. Reached out to them the next morning and the woman at the front desk repeatedly told me what I did to cause all my automotive issue. Clearly there was a miscommunication somewhere. I had the car towed in because it wasn’t starting, but getting it started doesn’t solve the issue. I had wanted the vehicle completely repaired. When I told her that I felt like this was being blamed on me when I was just trying to get my car back into the shop as soon as possible, she started getting an aggressive tone with me. “YOU had someone else look at it before us, YOU only asked us to get it started, YOU didn’t ask us to fix anything besides that”. I ended the call at this point because I couldn’t get a word in, but that was followed by several missed calls and voicemails. I ended up choosing to block the shops number after this. Her behavior was completely unprofessional. I wish I was able to speak to someone who knew something about cars in the first place, maybe I would’ve had a better experience and been listened to thoroughly instead of wasting my time and being harassed by the deranged receptionist. I will NOT be returning.

An absolutely lovely service. I've gone to them twice now and both times I felt satisfied with how well they fixed and treated my car. The mechanic was able to explain to me the service needed to fix my car, and the wonderful Miss Sharon at the front desk made certain I would be notified as soon as it was fixed. I truly will use them as my car's mechanic for years to come.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I've had my 2011 Hyundai Elantra serviced by Forsyth Auto Care twice and both times they were great to fit me in their schedule, with a reasonable price, and communicated frequently. I felt completely confident in the repairs they made.

I initially heard about Forsyth Auto Care through my brother, who had a very positive experience with the team. The A/C in my Nissan Altima wasn't working, and I had numerous engine and exhaust leaks. I met with my mechanic in New Jersey, and was very concerned with the estimated cost. In addition, I had doubts regarding their ability to fully address all of the issues I was having. I decided to give Forsyth a shot while I was visiting my brother down there, and I'm so glad I did! I was given an appointment, dropped off the car, and it was ready the very next day! I'm a big believer in getting things done right the first time, and that's what they did...got it all done right the very first time. I'm so glad I waited until I got down to NC to have Forsyth Auto Care address all of my Altima's needs, at a VERY reasonable cost. Like my brother, I won't be taking my car to anyone else in the future.Services: General repairs & maintenance
