Josh went above and beyond to help me. He was very patient. Sent me videos of what was happening with my car, called me to update and asked me if he could go forward with repairs and had car completed earlier than requested.

I made an appointment for a transmission service on my car online at Flow VW in Winston Salem. I dropped off after hours on Sunday for Monday. First thing yesterday morning, I got a phone call from Patrick in service letting me know he was checking my car in and wanted to make sure I knew the cost of the service prior starting. Though I did know the price, I was impressed that he verified that. Usually you don't get that kind of communication. Fantastic! He promptly sent me a video walk around of my car in the service lane prior to pulling it in the shop. This was something else I wasn't expecting but sincerely appreciated. He let me know when the car was in the shop and that he would let me know when it was ready. Maybe 2 hours or so later, he called to tell me it was ready. Wow! That was seriously quick! Impressive. When I came to pick my car up, he went over everything and we took care of the bill. It was a little bit less than I thought. He promptly walked across the parking lot to bring my car around. Wow! This is one of the best experiences I've ever had at a car dealership service department. Simple, friendly, extremely efficient and well above and beyond. Thank you, Patrick, for the excellent service! No games, no BS, just superior service.

I have always felt comfortable bringing my car for service at Flow Volkswagen of Winston-Salem. All of the service consultants/managers are honest with me regarding my car's performance and needed services. The lastest service also met my expectations of great service. That is why I keep coming back.

I filed a warranty claim in 2022 to replace all 4 wheels on my vehicle. 3 were replaced and I was told by the service manager to callback to the dealership once the 4th wheel became defective and that they would hold the wheel until then. I called 1000 miles after my 50k mile warranty expired and the dealership refused to replace my wheel (that was supposed to have already been replaced thru warranty and stored at the dealership) through the warranty claim that was filed in 2022. I was told by the service department that they could not locate the wheel… which is not my problem since the wheel originally had been sent to the dealership for the warranty claim. This is unacceptable as the wheels clearly were defective and I feel like I was lied too. Will never recommend this dealership or VW as this is terrible customer service and standing by their product. On my paperwork it also mentioned I received a complimentary car wash… my car was not washed and was disgusting on the outside when I picked it up and had something yellow all over the hood. I had to immediately take it to the carwash

Brought my Volkswagen Taos twice1 for tire repair. Held the car all day just to tell me can't patch it . No loaner givenBrought my car to get brakes done since they said the pads where. Waited all day to tell me they where wrong. The pads where fine . No loaner givenSmh. Whoever the mechanic is terrible.Normally don't leave reviews but terrible experience.

I brought my vehicle to have service the seat belt problem and other problems with the dash board cruise control for two weeks, when driving my car for one hour the seat belt sign started to ding again and had to connect the seat belt in order to stop the dinging. I reported the problem once again to Flow Service and schedule me again for the 21st of September to drop it by to see what is the problem. This is wasting my time and your time for the same issue.

This was my very first car buying experience and it went way better than I could have hoped. I didn't make an appointment, I walked in during my lunch break. I told the sales professional, Nino, what I was looking for and what my budget was. He showed me exactly what I asked for, didn't push for anything else. I then worked with Anthony who was super friendly and fun and not insistant at all. Overall it was a 5 star experience. Definitely recommend VW WS. And on a lighter note, I love my Taos!

Scheduling service appt was great. They were able to get my car in fairly quickly and provided a loaner. I realize I would probably have to fill the gas tank at least once but didn't expect for the gas light to come on as soon as I got the loaner vehicle.

Flow Volkswagen of Winston-Salem, NCI called and scheduled an appointment (b/c I did not want to drive all the way into Winston unless the car was available) to drive a specific car. I arrived 5 minutes early, walked over to the car but a salesman had the keys to show someone else the car. I had a very frustrating experience. I wasted my gas and my time to go there just to be brushed off. The staff explained that they do not honor appointments. My impression was that there was a lot of confusion and no real order or integrity at this business. I would not recommend.

I brought my Atlas in for a few recall services and an Inspection. It was quick and easy, and the VW consultants were very helpful. They even offered a complimentary car wash!

I was out of town for a medical procedure for my daughter. I was able to get an appointment quickly and was provided a loaner vehicle while they fixed my vehicle. They also washed my car before calling me to pick it up. They kept in contact with me via texts and also sent me a video of where the issue was. I was very impressed with this dealer.

Our salesman did an excellent job of looking at our needs and helping us focus on the ways we could finance our ID 4. Since it was the end of the month, the manager was able to sweeten the deal with an additional $1250 discount on the price. We couldn't have been happier as we drove away in our black ID 4.
