Trust the reviews! Bigtime shoutout to Jerome for the help. This place is a well oiled machine that absolutely takes care of it's customers. From Salesman, to Finance, to Management; everyone I interacted with was kind, friendly, and helpful. That even extended to after purchase the next day when we showed up to pick up the vehicle. I'm usually not a fan of dealerships, but I'll be shopping here next time I need a new-to-me vehicle!

Receptionist contacted me about a vehicle that they had. Told her I would fly in July 3rd to come look at it the week of the forth. I showed up a salesmens name Jerome Great guy very helpful helped me with everything. Locked numbers in. Chris came over got a bill of sale and sign some paper work to get the ball rolling and to put a hole on the car Intel it came out the shop. Texted my salesmen to see if the vehicle was ready and was out the shop cause the bank called to pick up my check for the car. Was told the vehicle was sold to somebody else and he didn’t know anything about it. Bad business from management and sales team.

while driving home to Ohio from South Carolina, our alternator went out. We called and talked to Andy Maynor and they got us in immediately. After diagnostic it was too late to get the work done before they closed, however they had us back on the road by 10am the next morning. They were so helpful and honest with us every step of the way. It made an overly frustrating situation much easier to deal with. THANK YOU to everyone involved in getting us back on the road.

FLOW NIGHTMARE: Don't be fooled!
I wanted to repost this so all y'all would know the fake comment by Mark Murphy about wanting to know more is as insincere as can be. I called four days ago and no response...
Our cash/trade-in-hand car purchase turned into a two-week ordeal. Promised rates vanished, a moldy car arrived (odor persisted despite repeated cleaning), and our trade-in sat neglected for a day due to absent staff. Within hours, the flawed car was back on the lot for sale.
This echoes past experiences the non- transparent pricing such as a $360 key magically became $120 when price checked.
FLOW's lack of transparency, constant unpreparedness and sheer attempt to be anything but a minefield.of stress is clear.
Don't repeat our mistake. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.

I have dealt with 4 dealerships over the past 5 years and Flow ranks right at the top! Fernanda was a pleasure to work with. She is very personable, professional and was genuinely interested in me and what I needed. The used car manager, David, as well as the finance person Mike, were very professional and willing to work with me to complete the purchase. Each performed their role without being pushy or pressuring me. Due to a previous dealer's poor business practices, I was upside down on my trade but the personnel at Flow worked with the banks and secured terms which were favorable for me in my situation. The vehicle was delivered clean and with a full tank of fuel.
I recommend them and, given the chance, will purchase from them again. Great experience!

Literally the easiest car buying experience to date.
I found what I wanted online, called in and one of the managers, David made it a smooth process from there on. Everyone I worked with, including my salesman Eric was so efficient.
My car was promptly delivered to my house, paperwork took 10 minutes and they took in my trade.
Highly recommend! Thanks guys!

TOP NOTCH DEALERSHIP!! If I could rate 10 stars, I would! EVERYONE was so helpful, NICE, and treated my entire family very respectfully! Mike, the sales manager worked with my husband to get the price I wanted and Devon our salesman was very knowledgeable!! We drove 2.5 hrs and it was worth the time and drive! When it’s time to purchase another vehicle we will most definitely contact them again!! THANKS AGAIN and I LOVE MY CAR!!!!

I recently drove over 2 hours to see a 2012 Cadillac SRX Luxury Edition SUV, and the trip was well worth it! Devon and team were incredibly helpful, informative, and gave me the time and space I needed to make a confident decision.
I greatly appreciated the 3-day return option, which allowed me to take the vehicle to a mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. The mechanic confirmed that the vehicle was in perfect condition with no mechanical issues. Devon also went above and beyond by offering to address a couple of small scratches with paint repair.
I am very happy with both the car and the overall experience, and I highly recommend Flow Pre-Owned Center and Devon to anyone in the market for a reliable pre-owned vehicle.

Kevin is my sales person and Mike was the sales manager.
The following has been my interaction with this dealership thus far.
1. Contacted them about a Certified pre owned vehicle for sale to verify it was available and set up a time to test drive.
2. Arrived, staff was courteous and knowledgeable, drove the vehicle and ultimately decided to purchase.
3. Purchase order placed in front of me $1000 dollars higher than advertised online before any consideration of additional service plan, gap insurance or any additional dealer equipment.
Reason stated was for First Place Finish which they inform me is a ceramic coating to protect the paint job and is on ALL of their vehicles. I have no particular issue with the practice other than the 40 minute drive to see the vehicle expecting one price and no mention of it being made on their website in connection with this vehicle in particular or with any vehicle listed for sale. They did agree to drop the fee when I asked to confer with my spouse and they could see I was visibly upset.
4. Take delivery of vehicle and Kevin offered to meet at my home to complete necessary paperwork once financing is completed. I was very pleased with this as the drive from Greensboro to Winston after work is not the most pleasant.
5. Kevin arrives a few days later with 30 day tag and MOST of necessary paperwork, some confusion on why there is a limited warranty from the dealer and not from the manufacturer in the paperwork. Kevin assures me it is not a problem and he'll get it fixed and send it to me digitally to sign and we'll be good to go.
6. This morning I am contacted and informed that someone or several people at the dealership managed to overlook that the vehicle purchased is NOT in fact CPO certified and that they'll need to give me a loaner vehicle while this is fixed so they can get me the proper certification and warranty.
7. Truck picked up Friday with assurance that Kevin would update me on how long things would take asap. Had to text Kevin the following Wednesday in order to ask for an update on my vehicle. Stated earliest completion is by Friday or sometime the following week.
8. Vehicle was corrected and relevant paperwork provided. I'm pleased with the end result but still rather annoyed by the whole process.
This is just another dealership, I have had better and worse interactions elsewhere but overall I'd recommend shopping elsewhere if you're in the market or making absolutely certain that they have everything squared away with your purchase before taking ownership and paying.
I appreciate their willingness to fix the issue with no hesitation after the fact but perhaps more care should be given during intake and prep of new stock in order to avoid this in the future.

I had the worst experience!!! I bought a truck that didn't work. I took it many times to have it adjusted but it never looked good. Now I have the truck which I don't want because it has a lot of problems and they don't want to give me any solution, they just leave me on hold and never tell me anything. I am very upset with the service there.

Stephen was very helpful with my purchase of Certified 2021 Chevrolet Colorado Z1. I was allowed to take it home the night before I made the purchase. No one was there was over bearing or pushy trying to make the sale.I would definitely recommend this dealer to a friend.

After several interactions with other dealerships I found the vehicle that I wanted here at Flow preowned! This was by far the best buying experience I’ve had in a long time. There were no hidden fees or add-one. Customer service was top notch! My salesman, Stephen was fantastic and Brian, sales manager made the deal happen! Flow has earned my business!
