If you're going to sell batteries across your Parts Department counter. You should be specific on the warranty. Went this morning and was told I needed a receipt for the battery period. So I went back home and I found the receipt from September 21,2023. Not even a year and this battery is dead completely. Went back to the Parts counter with the receipt and stood there for 20 minutes waiting for a conclusion. I was then told to go to the Service desk and told. Even though I bought it across the counter. I needed to bring the vehicle with the battery so they could check it. I told them the battery was completely dead and even the interior light won't come on. So I'm being told a battery I bought across the counter has to be in the car so they can test it. That would have me getting my car towed up there so they can put the battery in it to test?? Why sell something across your Parts counter you're not going to take care of with the warranty. They're warranted for 2 years. So if you not going to honor a warranty. DON'T SELL IT ACROSS THE COUNTER. PLUS MAKE SURE YOUR YOUR PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT YOUR WARRANTIES AND QUIT SELLING THEM ACROSS YOUR COUNTER.. HAD TO GO UP THERE TWICE. I used to work there and everytime I go up there is a run around with everything everytime. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A THING OF THE PAST. I HAVE 7 MINIS YOU'D THINK THEY WOULD WANT TO HELP YOU OUT.

I Highly recommend this dealership if you own a mini cooper. Very skilled and trained mechanics. They did a good job repairing my mini cooper. Excellent Service they know exactly what they are doing. My car runs like brand new.

This place is horrible. Service Sucks Had a appointment for service at 8:30am told them on phone would drop off before 7:30am told to leave Key in Dropbox. When I get back to pickup at 4:30 and quess were the key was, still in box and no work had been performed. The 2 other times that we had to bring the car in was a problem with scheduling the appointment and when we would be dropping off the car. It's to point really considering selling the car since no other dealer close to deal with. I don't recommend anyone buying the service agreement that they sell.

I was told by the service manager that I would be reimbursed for the cost for a recalled part. Nearly $1000 I was not reimbursed and they said that it wasn’t covered under the recall since I can’t prove it got moisture damage from a leaky sunroof. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with the scam.

Patrick Simpson was
our Motoring Advisor and he, as well as the entire Flow-Mini staff were very professional and efficient to work with as well as making the purchasing experience a lot of fun.
We traveled to Winston Salem from Suffolk, VA (approx. 5 hour drive) in order to do business with Flow and are anticipating purchasing our next vehicle from Flow as well. We highly recommend Patrick and the entire Flow organization.

Getting my MINI fixed on our vacation trip was a breeze with Flow MINI. Friendly staff and very detail oriented! I loved getting a personal video of the diagnostic on my car and things to plan for in the future! Only taking a star away because I felt it took a bit longer than I thought it would. Other than that it’s a great place to take your MINI!

Recently I attended an event at Flow MINI Winston Salem and was impressed with the organization and presentation. While in attendance the staff were welcoming, personable, and professional. I looked at several models and found the one I was unsure about and was not pushed to buy. Patrick Simpson my Motoring Advisor, “advised” me to sleep on it. I appreciate the relaxed approach with no pressure to buy. Patrick is personable, professional, and ready to assist me when needed.
