Purchased a vehicle for my son in July. It is now December and we still do not have tags for the vehicle. Dealership claims they are working on title paperwork. Sold a vehicle they did not have the proper paperwork to sell! Now we are stuck making payments on a vehicle that cannot even be driven! Stay away from this dealership!!

Went by there today , 10/28 after I had inquired about a vehicle, talked with what I thought, salesperson named Scott. So I take the time to go over there today and a guy comes out and says my name is Shawn/Sean He did not appear to be very personable, I told him about the vehicle I had inquired about. He continues, what is your credit score, and the bank needs it to be yada yada yada, Not welcoming at all, acted as though it was close to closing, they close at 2pm on Saturdays, I arrived at 1pm! And, the guy that had been calling me Scott, made my appointment for 1 pm that day, Shawn/Sean said that Scott worked at Corporate! What a Hott Mess! Shawn/Sean did not have the time nor patience to even take an application! Just not courteous not helpful at all! Speaking very belligerent! And while I was there he was yelling and screaming at someone on the phone! What kind of Salesman does that while customers are hearing every word that he was screaming, sounds like he was screaming at Scott! I could not get away from this place fast enough! I would not even accept a car for free from this place! Horrible Customer Service! This Man was extremely Mean and Rude, Condescending, he acted like a Bully! I am still reeling from his behaviour!You have been Warned!

I went here after a terrible experience, and they had nothing but kind words and lighthearted jokes to help cheer me up. They helped me find a great car for a great price and gave me a fair value for my trade in, I would highly recommend Sean to anyone who goes there.

(4) FOURTH and Final update 2/6/21. Flow graciously allowed me to Trade the Escape for a Mazda3. I paid extra for this convenience. It was treated as a Trade-in even though I had a breakdown 48 hours after I bought the vehicle. I expressed my opinion that the 2014 Escape had an internal coolant leak. After three trips to the service center and reporting to them that hundreds of other Escape owners had the same problem, Flow could not find the problem. I could not in good conscious sell the car to someone else and put the issue on them. (3) THIRD update 1-23-21. Vehicle alerted low in coolant. Filled reservoir with about 8 ounces. I continue to smell antifreeze. (2) SECOND update 1-10-21. The following weekend I continued to smell antifreeze. I asked them to look at it again. Flow pressure tested it and reported no leaks. (1) FIRST Update. 1-5-2021. Vehicle was looked at by "Ford". Flow reported no issues. Hopefully I will find out the issues soon. Previous. (0) INITIAL post. 1-2-2021 Just drove the newly purchased 2014 Ford Escape and experienced engine sputtering in a parking lot signaled by the yellow "i" info and engine light. Previously I detected a faint smell of antifreeze. Disheartened and concerned with issues and not have driven 70 miles yet. Owned for 48 hours.

I look 2008 hyundai santa Fe for sale. I Take it to NTB mechanic for inspection, it need a tie rod, alignment, new battery, (had jump start at flow, and again at NTB,battery in it no name brand)and has a oil leak. What quality recondition process? Going back tomorrow to talk. I just want give up looking,and keep my old car

Hello all. My wife and I bought a vehicle from the Greensboro Flow in 2018 and our oil changes are free. This location is much more convenient and relaxed. We dont put a lot of miles on our van as this is our 3rd oil change since we bought it in 2018 and we do change it every 5k. We were given incorrect information from someone at the corporate call center. If you want better service, call them directly.
We had a minor issue which was corrected by the Service Manager and his skilled and knowledgeable staff. We are very particular about our van as it is very sentimental to us and for that reason we trust all of the folks at Flow Import/Value Center off of University Parkway.
The waiting area is huge, see the pics attached. It could use a coffee bar. It may have been there, and I didnt see it. We will be back.
