This was my second experience with Honda at the University location. The service team and management were excellent! While waiting, I had access to snacks and beverages. Free coffee is always a plus. The waiting room is comfortable and private. I was sent video of my car being serviced and accurate description of the service. Honda was quick to get my car back and I was very pleased.

Took both my cars there for a oil change. Neither car had any problems prior. The engine light has been coming on it both cars every since. They have no explanation. I will never go there again.

Oil change was great .wasn't happy wanted to charge 40$ to take a small nail out of my tire especially when I brought my tires from them .

I’ve been to five Honda dealerships for maintenance in the past two years but none came close to the professionalism and excellent service at Flow!!! They worked quickly and efficiently and Len did an excellent job keeping me informed and working with my warranty company to handle all the details.

Awful intentional vehicle sabotage during regularly scheduled maintenance to make money offf of imposed service issues, making ignorant or uninformed individuals spend more on service they DO NOT NEED. I've experienced it and now my father in law has and we recccomed you stay far away!

Blake was phenomenal! Fast and efficient from start to finish in closing the deal. Searched online, called, made appointment, liked what I saw, paperwork already drawn up, signed papers, paid and out the door within one and a half hours. Top-notch service and a quality used car. Flow Honda is amazing! I went to the dealership and told Matt Swope what I was interested in. He worked with me and checked in with me almost daily until the vehicle I wanted was available and when it came he quickly handled all of my paperwork to make my buying process seamless! It was the best experience.

Had my eye on the CR-V Hybrids for quite a while, and finally decided to get one. I worked with Blake in sales and Noah in finance. Both very very sweet gentlemen. They moved heaven and earth to get the model I wanted up from Statesville, and I took delivery of it today. The overall process was painless, they gave me a great deal on my trade, and didn't try to majorly upsell packages and accessories. I bought from Flow once before with the same experience. They get the job done!

I have to give a very special heart felt thanks to Josh, Thomas, and other members of the service team for the repairs needed for my Honda. I've had plenty of major repairs done to my vehicle to include replacing the transmission and converter. Just recently, I've had to have my entire motor replaced and I have to say, they took their time and made sure the job was done to perfection. They really go the extra mile to ensure that everything is in excellent running condition before I leave the shop. I highly recommend Flow Honda at University parkway for anyone needing repairs or routine maintenance for their vehicle. They have yet to fail me and I've been getting service from them for five years.
