Warranty work for a leaking water pump. Easy to schedule and work was completed before lunchtime, even though I expected the repair to take much longer. Great overall experience with great customer service from Anthony!! Highly recommend

Josh Powers communicated with me in an extremely timely fashion. He was able to answer every question I had before coming to the dealership as well as during delivery of the vehicle. It's confusing that your online system allowed me to book a shuttle ride to work, and it was even confirmed with an agent using the "Chat Now" feature. But, when I arrived to drop the car off, I was told "shuttles aren't available for just oil changes". It was explained to me why, and I understand but that needs to be clear when booking. I was accommodated and I appreciate that (I also had tires rotated and state inspection). My service rep Rick was the best and the driver for the shuttle the sweetest! I also had the pleasure to meet Lynn (Sales) when I got back to pick the car up. She went over some features of the car with me, and I hope to purchase my next GMC from her! I've never driven a GMC before and this is turning out to be a great vehicle! All around great experience. THANK YOU!

My service advisor was Robert. I wanted a new battery installed. Also wanted to check and make the battery was the one I had researched online (AC Delco). Robert called Parts for me and got the information I desired. I also wanted to see how exactly to change that particular battery on my 2019 GMC Sierra as it is a bit complicated with the fuse box on top of battery. Robert had the technician do a short video for me (texted to me) and after installation, even went over it personally with me at the vehicle, showing me how to unhook one particular wire (that one I couldn't figure out on my own). Bottom line, Robert was busy that day but took the time to do all these things and in a friendly manner (acknowledging my concerns). That is going above and beyond! He even made sure I got the discount via an online coupon that saved me some money. Again, total satisfaction. I get a lot of these types of surveys and don't always pay attention to how I rate things, and I might have indicated in an earlier survey here for the oil change I had at Flow GMC a bit less than perfect. That was just a slip of the mind on my part. Robert was an outstanding advisor for me this latest trip to Flow GMC and is to be commended for his patience and attention to details important to the customer (me in this case). Please see that Robert is informed of my total satisfaction with his work. BTW, the tech that the customer never sees also did a good job! Regards Don Fought

I first looked online for all available models that I was interested in. Flow had many to choose from. I am thrilled with my purchase!! I am loving my 2024 Buick Enclave!!!! Thanks Flow!!!!!

Made an appointment to have my truck worked on and was going to wait there for it. After 2 hours i ask how much longer did they think it would take. I was then informed they were getting ready to pull it in to start the work. What was the since in making the appointment in the first place? A very poor way to treat a customer if you ask me. I wont be back at this dealership to purchase or have my vehicles worked on.

My wife and I had an incredible experience along with an unbeatable deal from sales associate Tanner Owens. He definitely knows his stuff, is a active listener, yet doesn't apply that unnecessary sales pressure I have come to expect at a dealership. I was given a very fair deal on my trade-in vehicle as well. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. Flow Auto definitely made a satisfied and returning customer out of me.

My experience was absolutely amazing. I drove 5 hours to see my niece graduate. The day I got there I had noticed I was losing pressure in my tire. So we looked up a GMC place and stopped there to get it fixed. Well instead of fixing it which wasn't that choice I had to buy a new tire. The people were amazing. They made it to where I can drive to my hotel room and check in then come straight back there to have my new tire put on. Thank you to everyone there that made my experience calm and rewarding.

Rick Baxter was my service advisor and did an excellent job! We came in with four items to be serviced and the tech found two others. Rick contacted me regularly and kept me in the loop as to what the techs found, the status of the warranty claim, and what was being done to fix it. Thru the whole process, Rick made sure he understood my concerns and that they were addressed - even when it meant keeping my truck a few extra days. He has outstanding customer service and made the entire process much easier. The service team did a great job and once again, I love my truck!!! I am very thankful for everything the entire service team did for me.

Walked into Flow Chevrolet with no appointment and was greeted by Dean who connected me with John W. Had a great experience from the moment I walked into the showroom. Very attentive but not pushy or too aggressive throughout the process. They also allowed to test drive the vehicle on my own which gave me time to get familiar with the vehicle.

After a little bit of back and forth we struck an extremely attractive deal and I had the truck delivered to me within 48 hours 400 miles away! I’m extremely impressed with the efficiency of the dealership. They did what they said they’d do and finance was great as well!

The utter incompetence that is flow is clear from the jump. To start when we called it was noted that it would be $23 dollars to have a key made. We paid $80 to bring the car in due to this price. While we were there Robert Goode tried to make every extra penny. First when we came it went from $23 to $320, then from that to $266 to the eventual $160. What this tells me is there are some very loose rules. Then the "battery" was said it wouldn't work enough to program the car. Of course it did after it was charged but this would have cost an additional $300 where we quoted $160. The battery did work, they did re-program it, but it's clear that this GMC branch needs to be questioned. On top of this customer service is awful, the women didn't know which way the used car lot was, and Robert was unbelievably unprofessional with several off-the-wall comments and egotistical demeanor.Lastly, if you say you have a car in stock you should have it in stock not in Raleigh. That's a waste of time and effort and makes people have to make multiple trips; and potentially lose sales as you did today.
