Placed an order on 7/30. On 7/31 received an email stating the order placed did not match vehicle. Can’t call customer service. Leave messages no one calls back. Speak through chat. Canceled order. They ship the order after the order was canceled. Won’t help through chat. They say call but no one calls you back. Very suspicious business practices.

I recently purchased a 2022 Range Rover Sport vehicle from Land Rover Greensboro in November 2023. It has been over 60 days and I can't get the information to get my car registered. I supplied all the necessary documentation before we drove off the car lot. I have made numerous calls for the status. To date the revenue office has not received the paperwork. I am now on my 3rd temporary tag. If we paid taxes and provided the necessary documents before they gave us the keys, it should not take 60 plus days to get the documentation sent to get my tags. The only way I get an update is if I call them and leave a message.

Unfortunately my window weather came torn and ups folded my box in half trying to stuff it in a Amazon locker.all of this happened the day before thanksgiving.In order to get a replacement I had to wait for flow dealership to reorder the part since they was out .I decided on a refund since it was going to take triple the amount of time to get to me.Yes I’m disappointed about what happened flow dealership made things right so I will give them a 5 star!!

I do not recommend this store for business. I made a purchase of parts on 02/20/23 worth $1792.63. They didn't send me the parts. On 05/29/23 I received an email informing me that the order was canceled and that I would receive my money back in 2 to 5 business days. It's been 9 months, and I still haven't received my money back. I called the store several times to try to resolve it, but no one resolved this issue. Every time I call, they tell me that they will send me an email to resolve this situation. But I never receive an email, I never receive the parts I purchased and I never receive my money back.

Flow Automotive Companies’ no haggle approach to vehicle purchasing is a great idea….IF the vehicle is truly reconditioned with all equipment working and no mechanical issues. Twice in the last week I have visited Flow dealerships to test drive used cars. First to Flow Honda Winston-Salem then Flow Hyundai Statesville. In both instances the vehicles were priced $800+ over the the Clean/Great condition values for the vehicle. The included 12 month/12,000 mile warranty is for powertrain ONLY and 2 years of maintenance included is oil changes/tire rotations ONLY. That comes nowhere close to the extra value one should expect at the prices Flow wants to receive. When the brakes shimmy, map light doesn’t work, rear speakers don’t work, an obvious suspension clunking in the front end, and corrosion on the hood, the vehicle HAS NOT been through a quality renewal process as Flow would have the unsuspecting buyer believe. Buyer beware! I invite Don Flow or another member of executive leadership to reach out if they are so inclined.

Ordered some GMC parts from them and after being told through their site they would ship in 1-3 days and would be updated with status haven't heard anything. Emailed them 3 or 4xs with no response also called several times and no one answers

They do not stand behind their product at all. I purchased an exhaust actuator from them and it arrived non-functional. They will not let me return the part for a refund.

Ordered part from GMPartsDirect (powered by Flow Automotive Center). Entered my vin and purchased the corresponding part. Received the part, and it was not correct for my model. Requested a refund and was charged a 35% restocking fee. Read the fine print with these guys...

We bought a used car from Flow Auto recently. The experience was excellent. Stephen helped us tremendously and Todd was easy to communicate with and worked with us to get our car without difficulty. I would recommend them to anyone searching for a used car.

I had some issues with Flow MINI over the weekend and I called Flow Automotive Companies today to discuss my concerns and issues. In speaking with their Manager of Customer Relations, it was apparent that poor customer service starts at the top and works its way down to their stores.The Manager of Customer Relations sounded as if she did not even want to contact me and I told her this when we were speaking. A customer can tell by the way people speak on the phone if they are valued and this manager did not value me as a customer until I called her out. This will be my last communication with this Manager of Customer Relations and if I cannot get my concerns addressed from Flow MINI, then I will file a BBB complaint and speak to an attorney. I will never purchase another vehicle from Flow Automotive Companies because they only value you up until the moment you drive off the lot.

Had a great experience working with Abby V***** in Statesville. Her and her team were thoughtful in helping us understand costs and warranty options, test drive and take our time with decisions. She even had a great dinner recommendation. The facility is spotless and the service is fantastic. Thank you Abby!

Update on my previous review, as of 4/3/23 the General Manager of Flow Auto Mike P****** called me personally to let me know he has gotten involved with the current situation about the title and tags. He is working to resolve this issue and has since be able to get the title released and in route to him by tomorrow afternoon so that the title and tags process can begin. He has went over and beyond to compensate myself for all the trouble this has caused and been very transparent about the situation not making any excuses which I applaud and appreciate. Glad this is finally being resolved.

This was the first dealership where I didn't feel harassed, cheated, or annoyed. The salesman and manager were both pleasant. The warranty salesman didn't try to guilt me into purchasing a warranty. And, there were no excessive delays in the purchase process. This was the complete opposite experience than we had at ***** ***** *****. Flow has earned our future business!
