We have purchased two cars from Polly. We had a great experience both times. Our new MDX needed to gointo the shop for a repair. We live closer to Charlotte, but Flow was willing to give me a loaner, where the Charlotte dealer wanted me to hang around to see how long it would take. I am a special needs parent, so waiting for undetermined amount of time is difficult for me.Once we arrived, Sammy was helpful in explaining what to expect. He helped me get situated in the loaner and provided updates as they became available. Flow Acura continues to impress.

Overall got the vehicle for a good price but there is no way the vehicle was ever inspected. Bilateral break failure within 24 hours of purchase resulting in repairs costing $1500 (warranty thank goodness). However, when the tow truck driver picked it up the truck it was noted that a structural member of the vehicle was also missing- The transmission crossmember. Flow Acura of WILMINGTON assuaged the problem markedly fast. I will not shop at not recommend Flow of Winston in the Future.

The customer service we received for the purchase of this 2020 truck was "Outstanding and unbelievably stress free in every aspect of the transaction. We found it online from another " Flow" location in NC. The manager LUCAS WRIGHT was very professional and personable from the initial meet until the final transaction. He had the truck brought to this location, he had it inspected, serviced and detailed! " Flow" pre-owned vehicles are automatically covered with their certification that is phenomenal.Our sales consultant" Rebecca K was very attentive, professional yet friendly and informative she retrieved and answered any questions we presented to her.The finance manager " Sam was very articulate, had all his paperwork prepared in advance, obviously ready for anticipated questions we might present. He didn't try to over sell us with a lot of extra options either, which we appreciated!Over all we left this entire transaction with positive feelings that we were valued and appreciated customers!!Who knows we just might return one day and purchase an Acura! ☺️

This was one of the best car buying experiences I ever had. Lamar was my salesperson and he did an excellent job of going over the different options and letting me drive each model I was considering. He knew his products very well and answered all my questions. Even his follow up since the sale has been great. Brad the sales manager was also involved and he was very fair with the pricing and made sure everything went smooth. The finance process with Tyler was very easy and smooth and he went over my options without being pushy. They all worked together to make this an exceptional experience. This was my second Acura I bought(first was a TLX and this was and MDX). I highly recommend this dealership and that you work with these guys, you will not be disappointed.

If you are a female or senior citizen, please DO NOT have your vehicle serviced by Flow Acura. They WILL take advantage of you! My mother went to them because she heard a rattling noise and originally thought it was loose, passenger side mirror. They were going to charge her $920.00 to fix it. I told her to let me have a look before she takes it to Flow. After looking at it, we realized it wasn’t the mirror at all, but two loose bolts in the bumper. I tightened the bolts, problem solved. They were going to let her think it was her mirror, charge her to fix it, and charge her more because the mirror wasn’t the problem. PLEASE DO NOT HAVE YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED BY THESE CROOKS!

It was great because of Sammy. He is awesome. I think you should get a functioning TV in the waiting room and speed up a basic oil change and tire rotation. I was there for over an hour

This was an amazing experience. My first visit since being in NC and they treated me no different. That was one thing I was worried about but Cody, who if he's not the manager, should be was an amazing representative for Flow Acura. He made me feel at ease and which was a shock to me, escorted me to the waiting area. I'm used to being to told, you can wait over there and we'll call you when we're done. And the speed for my oil change was incredibly fast. I'm not going to put how cheap it was because I don't know if they want me to but the price was excellent. Thanks again. Will spread the word.
