I walk up at 8:44 and the girl locks the door says they are closed. Your website and sign says 9:00 and your sign at the door, if you guys are closing at 8:44 please update your website.

Decently stocked store.
Same prices as any other Family Dollar Store.
Decent parking available.

The service is absolutely terrible. There were 6 people in line and the ONE person at the register was listening to loud music and ignoring everyone instead of checking us out.

Came to Family dollar at 10:15 am to purchase items for my church function. Two toung ladies came to door and told me they were closed because their manager was gone to the bank. Didn't want them servi g customers while she was gone.

Closed early. Again. CSR was counting money and didn’t want to accept any more sales. Needed something quick and other nearby stores are closed … which is why I go here. Don’t advertise you’re open until 10 if you don’t want to accept customers until 10.

Poor customer service by what I assumed was the manager. He was carrying on a conversation with a girl about a job there completely ignoring everyone else and slowing the line down. Man behind me was visibility irritated with the manager/cashier as well.
