I had one item in my hand and had to wait for the cashier to finish a phone call in order for her to ring me up. It was extremely frustrating coming here in a rush, and they have no respect for your time or their job.

This place is good if the younger guys are working but there is one bigger black woman that might be the manager. She is extremely rude to me at least. Every time I get to the checkout line she sits there on her phone while I’m standing there . She will browse her phone for a minute knowing I’m there before she says anything. This exact situation has happened numerous times. Maybe it’s just me that she doesn’t like maybe it’s because of my skin color but she is extremely rude to me and I am always very respectful. Sometimes I try to be extra nice just to see if it will make her change but that never works either

This Family Dollar experience was pleasant. The store was clean and well stocked. The employees were very helpful, nice and professional. Anyone who goes to this particular Family Dollar is certain to have a satisfying shopping experience.?

It was ok and all was well customer service here is always a drag, for some reason seems like everyday works there have unknown attitudes for why, ? IDK YET I'm blessed got what I needed and be fine as usual. I think they need a training course for customer service representations. Stay safe and blessed wherever you may go just get what you need and go home.

Like all Family Dollar stores in this whole city & other cities and states.And believe you meI have been to them in Atlanta tooSometimey that's how I rate them.What one will have the other one won't carry that item.Franchising is destroying stores and restaurants

Love going to this location..it's way across town miles away from my house and I have 3 stores in my area that is never stocked as well as this location! Especially for my $5/25 Saturdays

Bought more than what I went in to buy. Friendly staff and very helpful. Aisles were clean and shelves were being restocked. I like the new way they are setting up.
