Clean store. Clerks are nice. They have added more items and this store is always neat and tidy. They only have 1 shopping cart in the store & it was in use. When I asked about it, the clerk said all they had and the carts had been stolen. If you are going to buy a lot of stuff, I suggest you bring your own shopping cart or you will only have access to the hand baskets.

I recently shopped at the Family Dollar on Broad Street. The store staff was very unfriendly especially the Young man behind the counter. The music that he was blaring was the most offensive rap music I have heard. It is a public store thats supposed to be about customer service.there were children in the store at the time and when I complained to the young man he simply shrugged his shoulders. I understand that there is a shortage of employees and companies are trying to retain the ones that they have,but at what cost?There has to be some standards and rules for work place behavior!

They sell bad food, and it is not any cheaper than a grocery store. I tried to make a return but they wouldn’t take it because it was open. The parking lot is always full of trash, and there has been a fallen tree in the front once the building for the last 2 months which is blocking the side walk.

I don't visit this location a lot, but overall this location is very well stocked on most essential products. I was relieved to see that there weren't a large number of customers in this location while I was doing some light shopping. I was also impressed by seeing an increase of various products that were $1.00, such as food, beverages etc. Visiting this location will benefit your wallet, and your time. Therefore, I will keep buying from this location, whenever I need to buy a few items, in the future.

A car hit my car in the parking lot, I then ran inside to buy a charger to charge my phone while waiting for the police. I had to pee extremely bad, so I went inside and asked if I could use the bathroom and they said no. Even though I had explained the situation and I had already purchased some thing. While they may not have a public restroom, if I were at my job in retail and someone explained the situation to me, I would let them use our employee restroom. There were no close establishments where I could use the bathroom.

Great store and they always seem to have an abundance of tissue! I do enjoy shopping here because they carry lots of brands and have value sections with products being discounted daily. Plenty of parking and the cashiers still greet you walking in the door. This is also a good place for someone with anxieties to shop because its not really crowded but very welcoming.
