I’m an employee here; with that said, there’s not going to be any bias within this review.First and foremost, inside, always semi clean or clean. I can navigate without feeling imma trip on anything.Service: I will say I get great service especially since I do work there so I’m cool with most of my co-workers. I respect the no book bag or bag rule which is put in place for everyone no matter what it may seem.Inventory: it’s whatever they have in season. They either have what you’re looking for or don’t, but usually they do and it’s not hard to navigate either.Now a employee exclusives: usually it’s not hard to get task done but it is annoying to constantly ask for an assistant manager to come over if I need access to something anything other than a refund request. Though I understand why it’s in place but it’s incredibly inconvenient for me and other customers.Some don’t respect or care for the no bag rule and I can sympathize with them a bit and it’s incredibly annoying to deal with people that can’t respect a rule that applies with everyone! More or less a customer issue rather than a job issue.Other than those, I like working here! I can interact with people, joke with people, understand people, and overall just enjoy being around people.Pretty cool store! Rate us! But only when I’m there which is usually Fridays to Sunday!

Improved over 1-2 years ago. Better at maintaining adequate stock. Manager demonstrates improved demeanor with customers. Still constant staff turnover.

First time at this store and the manager was yelling at a customer and and then was yelling and be rude to me. When all I was doing was buying my stuff and going to leave. If I was you I wouldn’t shop here at all! The manager should be written up.

Nice friendly staff prices here are much higher than at other Family Dollar stores here. Huge store but did not have everything the small store on university parkway has.

Very disgusting experience to go shopping to this store. It was almost impossible to walk because there was lot of boxes and employees remain in the middle just looking at you with very “I don’t care about nothing here and I hate life” faces passing around.The bagging process was the never end story. The cashier had to put many products in a bag as possible. And then I had to leave with all my bags without a cart because it’s not possible to take them out.I would rather die first than go shopping to this store ever again.

I hate this store, there’s not room for shoppers, employers have all the space full of boxes and cars for stock and don’t let you walk in. Employers have rude way to shoppers and cashier is very very slow. Never come back

This FD location is convenient to my home therefore I do frequently shop here. However, I have had my share of issues. Pricing discrepancy (difference on what rings vs. What tag or sale tag shows on shelf). Also, items being stocked in the wrong location. And nonprofessional associates and manager. I was literally insulted by the manager when asking about pricing issue.

Do not visit this family dollar. The staff that work at this location are absolutely horrendous. I have visited on numerous occasions and can honestly say I would rather interact with the prostitute who threw her crack pipe at me on the way in than any of the employees. They are obviously not happy to be there, which is understandable, but to transfer their disdain onto the customer is incredibly uncalled for. My final visit was with my developmentally disabled friend who one of the staff was so unpleasant to, he burst into tears in the car. Lastly, you can not depend on the store hours listed. The doors are routinely locked more than 10 minutes before closing. All in all, avoid this Family Dollar if you have a choice. Bad location, worse customer service.
