I put this shop on my radar at a suggestion of a friend, and although I've only had minor tasks done at this shop I was satisfied with the experience. I did ask for some quotes on maintenance I knew would need to be done and prices were fair compared to other shops in the area.

I enjoyed my experience despite the Hurricane that moved through that Thursday. The work performed was provided, in writing, prior to appointment being finalized. From that baseline we executed the maintenance. No surprises, amount paid was exactly what was quoted. I used their shuttle service to get to work. No issues. I took Lyft back for less than $10 from "downtown Winston". I engaged in a friendly discussion about long-term Audi maintenance at payment. Not sure I got everything I was looking for there, but it was my first visit.

I had scheduled for them to see my vehicle for over two weeks, on 8/9 at 2pm was my appointment for them to check my Mercedes Benz, I was let know around 5pm that my car was not seen because the technician did not make it to work after his lunch break due to flooding, I just don’t understand why it took them 3hrs to let me know that my car was not gonna be seen. I understand other technician did not feel comfortable making any diagnostic on my car but I have been waiting for my car to seen over two weeks, now I have to make an appointment elsewhere to have my car looked at because they made a really bad first impression I would have accepted it if they were busy and told me to come back Monday that would have been no problem but the fact they didn’t let me know before almost closing that my car had nothing performed was very disappointing.

I am unable fully express my gratitude towards Tom and his team at Everything Euro. Guardian Angels may not go far enough!
We were traveling back to Illinois late July 2024 when our Audi Q7 quit running. We ended up towing it to Everything Euro by recommendation of the local Audi dealer (professional respect!). Tom welcomed us with open arms and knew the urgency to get us back on the road ASAP. Within an hour or so, I received a text with not only a computer diagnostic report, but also pics of issue and my options moving forward. Tom also explained in more detail in person. While he gave me his professional opinion, he never tried to force me to make a decision not in my best interest. Due to our personal circumstances and the mechanical issue, we opted to have it transported back home. This had nothing to do with Tom. It was all about convenience for us.
Tom also worked to accommodate the transporter’s schedule, sending us pictures of our car before transport and resolving a problem with access to our key FOB for transport. Plus, he offered to store our car inside until it was to be picked up. We declined as we didn’t want to impose on his other customers, plus we didn’t know how long it would sit. He never asked or told us when it would be moved. In addition, was never (or at least never sounded ?) irritated on my many calls to him. He made a very crappy and stressful situation tolerable! Oh, and he gave me a courtesy ride to the rental car location!
I shared the Everything Euro report with my local import garage back home. I had also emailed them the diagnostic report I was sent. When I spoke with my local tech about the issue, he said “….Everything Euro said and recommended was spot on. I did some research on them before the car was dropped off and from what I read, they know what they are doing” (professional respect again!).
Thanks again Tom to you and everyone at Everything Euro. I would absolutely, without hesitation or 2nd thoughts have you work on my autos.

I love my 2016 new beetle which i purchased in June from a place in Hickory. It has had some quirks. Shawn has been amazing trying to sort out the issues. They really know their stuff! Thanks for your expertise and helping me navigate this new vehicle to me.

As an owner of a classic Volkswagen Super Beetle, I am very happy with the service and care given by Tom and his team. In my view, they took care of my car as if it were their own. Tom recently squeezed me in for scheduled maintenance and a few service items, for which I am appreciative. Excellent communication – being kept informed of the work done, with detailed notes and to recommended service. They are knowledgeable and thorough - I can enjoy driving my classic Volkswagen knowing everything has been given the attention it needs. Professionalism and very courteous – they treat you well and take the time to answer your questions. I have no plans to go anywhere else, because I seriously doubt any other shop can provide the same level of care and quality of work and at a fair price. Thank you, Tom, and to your team!

I’m very picky about who works on my MK7 GTI, but very much dislike dealership pricing. For the maintenance that I don’t do myself I always bring my car to these guys. They truly live and breathe European cars and know their stuff! On top of that, their pricing is much, much lower than what the dealership charges. They’ve always completed the work on time and offer a shuttle service to get me back home while I wait. If tuning your car is also something you’re into, they are also very knowledgeable about that as well. ECU tune, big turbo, upgraded suspension, etc., they do it all! The guys here are also very courteous and don’t try and upsell you on 10 other things your car doesn’t need.
I’ve had an alignment done, three DSG services, and oil changes here and I have not one complaint. I won’t take my car anywhere else. EDIT: Also had them do full brake job, rotors and pads.
UPDATE: These guys still rock at what they do and if you’re taking your German car anywhere else, you’re just nuts. They’re enthusiasts there, and enthusiasts know these cars inside and out. Dropping my car off tomorrow for full brake job and don’t doubt for a minute it’ll all be perfect. Last week they performed another oil change and DSG service and all were done perfectly and on time.
Another update: 5th DSG service done today along with an inspection while under the car. My GTI now has 208,000 miles on her and “looks perfect, especially with the mileage the car has.” Tom remains extremely fair with their pricing and his tech left detailed notes about what was done. I dropped it off at 9am and was informed it was ready by 1:30! Love working with Tom and his team!

Tom, Shawn and their whole team are great . Everything Euro is practically one of the best companies ( auto mechanic shops) out there bar none. Personally I trust these guys over the dealerships price wise and their technical prowess is second to none out there. Plain and simple if you’re looking for a company to work on your bmw or German made vehicle I’d rate them among the best no questions asked. Get back to you in a timely manner and take care of their customers. They feel like family.

I’ve been to a few shops, but nothing has come close to the quality of work that Everything Euro has done. This was my first time at the shop and they took care of me. Even when I needed to get more done than expected, they excelled in helping and relaying information the best way possible. I’ve honestly never been more satisfied with a vehicle that has left a shop more than this one. Kudos to everyone and I would definitely recommend them to anyone for their European needs!
