Love this store! Employees are always polite and I was able to get a teacher discount which was an unexpected surprise. My only complaint, get more clothing for women.

I've been to this location quite a few times and always have had excellent customer service. I really like the quality of their clothes and they usually run decent sales. This is a smaller store, so the selection seems very limited compared to the one they had in Greensboro.

I had not shopped here previously, but had a return/exchange from online that was a gift. And though it seemed complicated to exchange in-store, the employees did it with joy! Especially during pandemic. Big deal to me. In fact, when something was sized incorrectly, they checked the actual tag sewn to the garment rather than the stickers and the tag on the outside of the item to make sure it was the correct size--without my prompting-- they did it of their own will. Huge praise from me. Will definitely visit again. Especially with the extra cash back I got from sale being better in-store than being online. ???

Nice clothes at this store. Good place for coats, flannel shirts and pajamas, sweaters and t-shirts. Both men's and women's clothes.

This places has become my go to place for clothing. The staff is very friendly and attentive. You don't get that kind of personal attentive experience anywhere else these days; the staff here goes above an beyond to help. They have great sales year around and you can always find an amazing bargain in there clearance section. The clothing is very good quality and the sizes are true to size. I will keep coming here. Keep up the good work!

Clean with a good variety of sizes and styles. Can get great deals when sales are being run. Would recommend going to the outlet in concord for the best deals

Store was clean. Never got greeted or talked to by any associates and I was the only customer in the store at the time. They don't sell my size in store, but it was nice to look at the options and sales.

OKAY ALL I HAVE TO SAY ABOUT EDDIE BAUER CLOTHING STORE, " Their clothing lasts for years and more years." Finally, after years, my husband decided to become a believer and joined me. It has been difficult finding light weight cotton shirts with long sleeves until last week at Eddie Bauer. In fact, all the shirts my husband purchased (on sale) would not fit in one shopping bag. Of course, I walk beside him, thinking, not saying out loud, "I told you so. . . "
