I tried today to try to return to blankets that I purchased and the Clerk said he could not return until the manager returned an hour later I was shopping in the store in the meantime, and he walked over to me and stated that I was not able to shop in the section that I was because that had not yet been put up in the store. I told him that that was fine and, I had only picked up one item and he told me “we are not doing this” I then continue to shop as I would normally do and picked up some cups, part supplies, and other things that I needed, including a drink, and when I walked up to the register, he refused to sell it to me. My daughter had also walked up right before me and asked for him to price some thing, and he just shook his head and would not respond to her she is only 10 years old. She left the store crying, and the employee was extremely rude and disrespectful to me and her. This is not the first incident that has occurred in the store from me or several other people. I don’t understand how the store is still open when they are extremely rude close early and do not offer good customer service. The man’s name was names Allen or alvin was a middle aged black man with a COVID mask stayed store
Manage was ashley. He did place hand on me and made be very uncomfortable when I was shopping from items he states were not yet for sale.

Shelves are never stocked stuff is everywhere in the aisles The one cashier that looks like she's been smoking crack in the bathroom thinks it's funny and sarcastic when they a customer needs help and she can't provide it

This store is a joke!!!! I have come to this store on multiple occasions and it's been closed when the store hrs says that it is open!!!! You take a chance on coming to this store because of it being closed at random times of the day!!!! Just close it up!!

Beyond 5/5 experience for me! I stopped by for an upright dustpan, which they didn’t have any for sale inside the store, but one of the workers (she seemed like she might be a manager) let me go ahead and use one of those dustpans for free, which I even insisted on paying for it, she just told me that I could go ahead and have it free of charge, and that’s given it was literally the only thing that I stopped by for!

I'm still trying to figure out how and why this dollar general is still even open .. there are closed everyday. Then they never have employees, then the ones they have are super rude and don't even do their job. Every single time I try to go in here doesn't matter what time it is. They are closed.

I arrived at 2:48pm on a Saturday afternoon with my cousin and my son. My cousin needed to grab some medicine and some supplies for her car.As I’m browsed, the biggest thing I noticed was that there were carts of items EVERYWHERE!! Like, the amount was ridiculous. I’m sure they may be short staffed but come on now. It would serve them well to simply just close a couple days and focus their staff on restocking. An alternatively would be to increase the pay of the employees there and offer overtime… I mean, there was one aisle that was COMPLETELY blocked by the carts of items. Im sure this has to be a safety hazard. As you would suspect, since there were so many items on carts, a good amount of the shelves were empty or close to it.We went to the register at 2:57pm. We were told to wait a couple minutes because they were doing a shift change. The cashier did apologize and it was a very short wait. I didn’t get anything but if I were looking for something, I doubt I’d be able to find it. My cousin did get some of the things she was looking for.

I can get this place zero Stars I would do it. I don't understand why all of the Dollar Generals are so messy, junky, nasty, fealty and never stocked up. Someone really needs to do a walk-through at all the stores. because it's unbelievable that they all are ran the same way and the reputation of them are really going down because they all are nasty.

I am not satisfied with you for not having responsible people for not opening the office that corresponds to that. It's 8:21 am and they still haven't opened the doors of the store and I knocked on the doors and nothing and already several people indicated with you have left and I've been waiting for more than 20 minutes to see if they'll open. The doors but nothing

Very unpleasant the MANAGER I believe she said her name was Reese she was VERY VERY RUDE ! I was using a paper coupon because I had already used my digital and she quickly through it saying I couldn't use BOTH [paper and digital] that I could only use one or the other and I told her that I could because it's on the policy and she just snap and said "well I'm not ringing you up and she took my stuff saying I'm not dealing with ya'll couponers" I was completely shook and I haven't had this problem before and the way she was talking in the store about shopper's I don't understand if she doesn't like her job why she still works there.. my worst experience 1st time shopping her and let me say it will be my LAST

Returned an item from another store. Cashier was VERY rude, nasty attitude. Said I was messing up her inventory. Black female/ want to be man with blonde locs. Make me not even want to spend my money at DG ever again. So unprofessional.

I can get this place zero Stars I would do it. I don't understand why all of the Dollar Generals are so messy, junky, nasty, fealty and never stocked up.
