Coupon system sucks the sales items have to digitally clipped from the app and the sales associate doesn't have any patience instead of showing my how it works I was told she'd have to cancel it because I'm holding the line up dollar general do better.

Dollar general is a store where you find all the products you need at reasonable prices, there is a wide variety of products that one needs, that is why I recommend it and the staff is excellent, good service

Never again… I’m at a point in my life where I will spend my money where I am wanted. Sad part about it is this is one of the stores in my neighborhood. If you don’t want to greet, interact with customers or work with the public you really don’t want have to. I will travel further to go where I can at least get a hello back from the person ringing up the merchandise.

The employees are awful! Especially the one that drives the charger and is always there in the morning!! Her attitude is disgusting!! always huffing and puffing infront of customers. Always sitting in her car smoking and i have to wait until she wants to check me out. If someone doesnt want something anymore and you tell her to take if off the total she gets an attitude and always says “why did you get it if you didnt want it”! If you hate people why the hell work in customer service!!! definitely not clean very dirty and unorganized.

This dollar general allows its employees to park in the handicap crosslines (not even a parking g space) not allowing the handicap spaces to be used properly. Bathrooms are not available for public but yet other dollar generals allow use within NC.

I will never again step foot in this dollar general ever again. Three ghetto, rude females working at this location. To be honest they all need to be fire. If you’re that mad about serving the customer that come in there, how about you go find another job. Being loud and disrespectful to paying customers are not cute. As black women being loud and ghetto just look bad. Do better or get another job if you’re that miserable.
