This store should be closed by the fire marshal immediately. Blocked aisles, blocked fire exits, narrow pathways. Dirty floors and unorganized shelves everywhere.

This store has some of the weirdest hours. The sign say it opens up at 8:00, I came to this store 5 times in a month and at 945 the store was still closed.I hate it because it’s close to me but, I’m taking my money somewhere else.

Poor maintenance on their property. I am disturbed that they contribute the community in this fashion.They have recently mowed their grass but not more than that and it still looks awful.

I'm sitting at the Dollar General near me. It's 9:30pm and people are pulling in left and right. The employees have decided that the store closes at 9:30pm or actually earlier. At 9:35 there were 5 people knocking on the door as I watched from my car. This is a regular occurrence.

I came to the Dollar General at 10:45 a.m.on a Tuesday & they were not even open. I called their phone number & it goes straight to voicemail. They even have a Frito-lay truck driver sitting here waiting & nobody seems to be here. The doors are locked but the lights are on inside. Bad for business.

This store has gone WAYYYY down hill. Most of the photos listed are DG stock photos, not photos of this store, So I have added some for your viewing pleasure. There were “customers” throwing footballs from one end of the store to the other. Staff yelling at and spraying air freshener at homeless attempting to enter the store. Staff also spoke so loudly at front register about issues with their other co-workers that I could hear them on the other end of the store. I haven’t seen a gift bag hung on an appropriate peg in at least 6 months. It’s really a shame. Conditions were reported to corporate with absolutely no response. I guess it’s Family Dollar for me until DG cleans up it’s act.

Employees were playing vulgar, explicit music over a Bluetooth speaker with children present in the store. Aisles were blocked by stocking carts to the point that they couldn’t be walked down. Prices on the shelves didn’t match the prices being charged at the register. Terrible experience at this store.

Check your receipt to make sure you are not being overcharged. Prices keep going up but they leave up the old prices on the shelf. So I am forewarning you to watch out for any price discrepancies.

this store that was in parkway plaza has actually moved to 875 silas creek parkway. i walked in wednesday 08.18.2021 ~530pm, walked a few feet and immediately walked out. even though there is a HUGE sign on the door "do your part, face coverings required", the sign was on the bottom of the door below many busy signs. and there were 10+ people on top of one another at the (one) cashier, with none of the ten with any type of face coverings. of the other three people i saw, not in line before i walked out, only one had a mask on. i didn't notice if the cashier had a mask. YES, it's nc and hot and humid as hell. YES, i've been vaccinated. but the delta variant is well, read the actual news folks. not facebook. and i am not pointing fingers at the very overworked, overwhelmed cashier. by the way, i reported this to corporate...IF they actually care.
