Okay just left Dollar General, my items came to 4.12, I had a 5.00, too late I see a sign on the counter that says, we do not have change! Why don't you have change? Surely the cashier's change shifts, I have never believed that and when stores post such nonsense as that it is called Hustling! So theoretically the cashier kept 88 cents! Then she had the nerve to say, you can donate that to the Literacy program! Personally, she acted illiterate! I replied fine, and the illiterate woman barely muttered thank you! Also she was on her cell the entire time during our transaction! This occurred on 1/15/24 @ 2:45 pm..I am Reviewer!

In all actuality that one star ain’t accurate this store is a -5 I’ve never seen a dollar general so dirty every aisle empty the way the carts are set up if it’s a fire or if you’re in need of getting out for an emergency you won’t be able to get out it’s a hazard. The crazy thing the white lady behind the counter had dirty looking stray pit bull behind the counter rubbing and touching him ???? it’s not funny it’s actually nasty but damn this place is in shambles

I came in here to get money back , and the workers are very under staffed and also the customer service needs improvement, the manager could use some help and tips on how to make the store more organized.

Worst store I have ever been to. They are so rude and disrespectful. Always recording people and making fun of them. Thats not cool. Especially the lady named Fiona. She treated this man so badly! I wish I could give it no stars.
