I wanted to travel to see my Dad who has Alzheimers for Fathers Day and my car developed a thumping noise when I took my foot off the pedal. I contacted DOCS late Friday and was told I could bring my car in first thing on Saturday morning for them to diagnose it. I was graciously and enthusiastically greeted by Stephanie and Robert. Robert immediately took my car for a road test and came back and tightened some nuts and bolts then we went for a test drive to see if I heard anything, which I did not. While I was there Robert noticed that my coolant was low and a brake light was out so he took care of both for me. I cannot say enough wonderful things about DOCS. The staff are so caring, the place is beautiful and customer forcused and everyone is so professional. I will continue to bring my car there and revere everyone to them. To Stephanie and Robert, thank you for your kindness and attention.

This place is the worst! I too thought Dan was a stand up honest guy until I realized he kept messing up my cars I trusted him! Then he started over charging me! Every time he fix one thing I have to bring the car back like three times! Dan will say that’s the problem and it’s a different problem he makes the wrong diagnosis! I dealt with him for years for convenience til I realized he was the problem!Services: Electrical repair

Called for a price quote on a brake job and got hung up on and sent to voicemail. Real professional!! All you had to do was say that you weren't able to get me in if you really didnt want to do them.

Great service, reasonable prices, friendly, knowledgeable; Some try to take advantage of females when it comes to car repairs, but this is not the case with Doc's. Dan makes sure he explains in a way I can understand. Highly recommend

Doc Auto did a phenomenal job with our family vehicle. Not only did Wayne explain all of the repairs that were necessary, he also explained what repairs were "optional" or "luxury repairs". It has taken nearly 40 years to find a skilled and trustworthy mechanic, and Wayne fits this 100%. Dan fixed my duramax after the dealership kept it three days, then gave it back to me with no bill. They did not know how to fix it. It took Dan and hour and a half. Then he fixed the a c on my Lincoln. Brought him a big block chevelle last tagged in 2003 that would not run. Did what was needed and tuned the carb and distributor and it cranks on first try . Now how many shops can do all that?

I have not found a more knowledgeable or honest auto repair shop in all my years. I take my car to Doc's first and recommend you do the same. He has saved me over a thousand dollars by actually finding the problem FIRST instead of by process of elimination - replacing parts at your expense - that are standard operating procedure for Dealership's and other repair shops. And not only is Doc an expert at diagnosis, he does the work for much less and doesn't gouge you on price markups when you do need a new part. You would be foolish not to see Doc's Automotive for all your car care needs.
