This place was amazing! I had a blowout on my mustang and was a bit low on money but Dawson in Winston Salem helped me out a lot! Only gave me what I need and didn’t try to upsell me one bit. I was in and out in 30 minutes tops and he was a very cool guy! Would definitely recommend and I will definitely be using them for other tire issues.

Sadly the Discount Tire I have used for years has changed and well the prices are just shooting higher and higher. Just to put on 4 tires that I had already purchased elsewhere, they wanted $245 plus tax... Ridiculous.. I went over to COOKS FLEA MARKET, mount balance and on the car running for 60$... I miss the old discount prices and services.

First off, I've been going to Discount Tire for 20 years. I've spent thousands of dollars on many different wheels and tires. I purchased a set of tires which lasted for less than half of the mileage warranty. I took them in and spoke with a sales person. I get mount and balance for free, so I opted to get the tires and bring the old ones back. The sales person said that would be perfectly fine. I came to pick them up and they charged me full price and are making me try to get reimbursed which takea forever! I'll never shop here again! Bring back the old managers!

Do not purchase road hazard. Every time I go with a tire repair they give me a excuse to buy a set of tires instead of refixing the problem

We've received services from Discount Tire for over 12 years. Always exceptional customer service, quality work, and prices. The best thing about prices is their price match. We love the ability to get air pressure checked for free at any Discount Tire nationwide. It's helpful when in travel. Today I received services at the Hanes Mall location in Winston-Salem, NC. My past few visits I have had a person meet me at the car before I have been able to get out. Pretty cool customer engagement in my eyes. The services provided by Matthew, Dawson, and Kevin were exceptional. All were very professional.

Discount Tire has always treated me well always caught any flats low levels, or needs. I have never once left here wondering if they did their job the right way. The prices are always better than the competition. Honestly what separates them though is Rob! Rob is always patient, detail oriented, and willing to answer any questions regardless of how much time it takes. More so, in the one occasion where an accident did happen that a Hub Cap had not been put on correctly they replaced it, which may not seem like a lot to others but in a world where accountability is not always key, Rob and discount tire stand alone. I drive with confidence knowing the discount tire team has worked on my car.

I had to buy new tires a few years ago, and when I came back for a rotation, they started quoting me the price for new tires! They said the tread was low - I said it was impossible, I only drove the car to the school and back.
Apparently they put 20000 mile tires on my car, when I was quoted for 80000 mile tires. 1/4 the tire for the same price! When I explained this the salesman was very rude. I took my keys and walked out and told him to cancel my appointment. I will never give my business to this franchise again.
