Fantastic experience this evening at this location. Will, in particular, was amazing. I came in with my daughter to get softball gear and he was extremely helpful, patient and kind. Definitely recommend this location!

Shoe department guy is very terrible and lazy!
How are you gonna have something online available in store! Go in and actually ask the guy standing there doing nothing. For a shoes all he said is that he needs his The actually shoes. And if it’s not there, they don’t have it. Yet online shows that this store carries it. And that’s what I told him so he acts like he goes in the back and check then comes back and say they don’t have it. Yet I check online and it still available on that same store end up ordering it to pick up. Someone else came up. And said he had to cancel that order due to because that shoes was missing. How do you sell something online and show That’s available in store to pick up knowing that there’s a shoes missing. At this point, I know they were lying! All I can say, is that same guy that was lazy and annoyed because I asked him for a pair of shoes ends up canceling my order. I never get it if you hate your job why even bother working there!

The cashier was really helpful with our problems that we had and was very attentive to what we needed overall very good experience everything is very well organized and well placed, The prices are also really fair with many items well priced with shirts, shoes, cleats, balls, and other equipment.

Shoe department guys were awesome. Great customer service. Now different story for all of the people running the registers and up front. While we were trying to find which register to go to because they were all up front talking, ignoring and refusing to help other customers. Just kept point and saying over there is as far as they'd go. Very short with the interaction with us. Just not a good look. If it wasn't for the shoe guys it'd be a 1 star. Hopefully the moral changes soon.

My two sons and I went in at 6:15p.m. on Wednesday, December 27th. There were three male associates standing in the back near the simulators talking and one was hitting periodically. None of them ever came over to greet us or ask if they could help us as we browsed the store. One did engage when I inquired about the simulator. He said the employees rarely play and they just hit around occasionally. Still, he didn’t ask if he could help us. We were there to purchase the Garmin that was on sale. There were several people in line to pay and return items, and the sole female employee was trying to attend to everyone while the male associates were still talking in the back. When we finally got to the front of the line, she had to look online to see if she had the one we wanted in stock. My son had to point out the one we were their to purchase once she unlocked case. We were disappointed in the level of information she was able to give us, but at least she would engage and did her best. We are very disappointed in our service.One other annoyance, Dick’s Sporting Goods’ website said they had 6 in stock. Unfortunately, we had to track them down at Golf Galaxy up the street. The website should have denoted that they couldn’t be found within Dick’s store.

Had an awesome shopping experience with Dick’s Sporting Goods! The staff was friendly, willing to help answer questions, and very helpful in assisting me navigate the store to find what I was there for. Big Shout Out to the manager Alec as well! Alec was super accommodating and handled my questions with the utmost care!

We had a good experience. The young staff members were helpful and finding what we needed was easy. We bought shoulder pads and a t-shirt with rib padding.

They want to sell you the most expensive brand . I went there for a sale . They never have what they advertise on sale stating in stock ! Then when you get there they tell you the ones on sale are “ no good .“ Then if you tell I want that brand then at regular price they act like they are busy with someone else . What a waste of my weekend time . I went to rack room shoes got my Brand that they advertised and didn’t have !
