“Perusing just the clearance racks turned into numerous wins for my mama's shopping trip. The pet section caught my eye, and I will be returning to get more items for my furbabies!”
“This was my first visit to this Dillard's. Wow. This place is faaaancy. There was a real posh vibe coming into this store, but it looked pretty much spotless from head to toe. The staff were so dressed up and so nice. Even the owner/store manager was there and decked out in suits and ties. It was such a well presented store. There are two floors with escalators in the middle. There is also elevators along the exterior walls.
Overall, while this store is definitely more pricy than other department stores, this place is clean, tidy and top notch.”
“This was my first visit to this Kohl's in Winston-Salem. This store is very spacious and was pretty dang clean. The whole place is well taken care of, though there were some sections that were a bit disorganized. There were some good winter deals going on when I went. Parking lot is also very spacious.
Overall though, this place has great staff who were super friendly and helpful.”
“I went looking for a sport coat for work. I stopped at the service desk with a question expecting a short answer and to be pointed in a direction. Instead I met Ernie who not only answered my question but helped me find options of what I was looking for and made sure everything fit well. I will come to Belk for my work clothes now as long as Ernie works there.”

“One can literally spend a few hours in here if you love shopping. They have everything from "As seen on tv" products to kitchen and bath, outdoor decor and shoes and clothing. Also the clothing is really nice quality at reasonable prices!”

“I recently visited the TJ Maxx in Winston-Salem, NC, and I was really impressed with the store. From the moment I walked in, I could tell they take pride in keeping everything neat and organized. The aisles were clear, and products were well-stocked and arranged in an orderly manner, which made shopping so much easier. It was also really easy to find what I was looking for because everything was so well organized.
What stood out to me even more was the level of customer service. As I browsed, multiple sales associates approached me, offering help and making sure I had everything I needed. It's not often you get that kind of attention, and it definitely made the experience more pleasant. The whole store had a great vibe, and it felt like a well-run, welcoming place to shop. I'll definitely be coming back!”

“Been coming here since my childhood, and I will always remain shopping here. The manager is professional and welcoming and I love their variety of products and clothes. Plus her staff are also welcoming and professional. (Im a Juicy Couture girl, I love it all)”

“I’m in my 40s, and after shopping at Walmart for many years, I can honestly say I’ve never experienced customer service quite like this.
I’ve had employees help me before when I asked, but having someone approach me first to ask if I needed help truly surprised me—in the best way.
Ryan was pushing a cart nearby when he stopped and asked if I needed assistance. As it turned out, I did. I had been looking for tomato juice and couldn’t find it anywhere. Ryan not only gave me clear directions to the correct aisle, but he went a step further and asked if I would like him to go get it for me.
I told him I saw he was working and didn’t want to bother him, but he reassured me it was no problem. He went, grabbed the item, and brought it back to me.
That level of service really stood out. If I had cash on me, I honestly would have tipped him. Instead, I wanted to make sure leadership knows that Ryan made my Walmart experience a great one. Employees who go above and beyond like that deserve recognition.

“I picked up all my items needed. I received Outstanding Customer Care Assistance from two phenomenal Ladies at the Deli and Check Out Lane. When putting my groceries in my SUV, I noticed I didn't have my Diet Dr Pepper, 6 pack bottles. When returning to the Cashier, she remembered. Not knowing what happened, she immediately offered to go and replace. Words couldn't express my gratitude for her and her Supervisor. I didn't have to show my receipt, just signed necessary paperwork. I walk with a cane, and I greatly appreciate these team members support, expertise and professionalism. Thank you, and KUDOS!!?????”
“I arrived for my appointment at 2:30. My stylist was a little late getting me in the chair, but I understand that appointments don’t always go as planned. She shampooed my hair and explained the products she was using. Since I was getting a silk press, she was very gentle while blow drying my hair to straighten it before going over it with a flat iron. She also made sure to remind me to cover my ears. The trim was done to perfection, she went over it several times to ensure it was styled appropriately, with layers and a length that I was completely satisfied with.”

“If you like to wear name brand, quality clothing... For the Best Prices. Ross is the store for you. I have practically restocked my entire wardrobe, shopping at Ross. They have various other items they sell, other than clothing. I personally shop there for clothes an top brand cologne and perfume. I highly recommend Ross !”
“In my experience it seems that every indoor mall has a JCPenny. They have a nice selection of merchandise. I find the prices to be a little high, but the quality is usually top notch. The store was clean and well stocked. This JCPenny is in the middle of this mall and you have to go thru it to access the other side of the mall.”
“I am a newer patient to this pharmacy and have only experienced positive interactions. They always fill my meds quickly and I love being able to track it through the app (which is very user friendly). All of techs and pharmacists are pleasant and I can tell they enjoy their job.”

“Great parking lot with handicapped parking.
Handicapped restroom and entrance very good. The nicest guy employee Randy, helped me find the best cheddar cheese ever. It was Cabot cheese. He was very helpful and friendly. Electric wheelchair was available. Handicapped parking was great. Handicapped restroom and entrance. There are long lines to get to register, but it moves faster than expected.”

“The staff was very pleasant and helpful. My complaint to corporate is the store is like an oven. I was in there for 5 minutes and I was sweating bullets. I am a 71 year young customer and it was sniffling, so for your employees to have to deal with that for hours is inhumane. Those fans are only circulating warm air. Please look into making your store comfortable for your customers and your valued employees.”
