If I could give this place zero stars I would’ve, the male pharmacist is great but that female pharmacist is terrible. Went to pick up medication and my total was 36.05 and I gave her 40$ and told her wait I have 5cents (mind you there was still time to enter the numbers In) she returns my cents and says no you keep them, I gave them to her for a reason I don’t want a lot of change and she lied saying she already put it in either way if she did it would not hurt the cash register amount … crazy how a pharmacist can’t even do basic math but here we are.
Also there’s always this two black lady technicians who have a nasty attitude, it’s like they hate doing their job, recently went to pick up a few meds and asked the black lady with the giant braid sitting on top of her head and lots of ear piercings ( I believe her name is Dhwani according to the receipt or T.Edwards according to the new rebill label ) if she could rebill two cause goodrx isn’t accepted anymore and asked to use the cvs discount card and she was annoyed about having to do it, sighed really big slightly rolled her eyes and walked slowly to the computer it was basically obvious that I was such a big bother to her. When I was picking up she also asked for the name and I gave her the first and last name of the person ( the person has two last names but I only gave her the name that they use) she they central searches and finds that it’s under the second last name abs i verified and she was like “well that would’ve been helpful” with a nasty tone as well as “well I didn’t know she has two last name’s”, lady no one’s blaming you it’s no one’s fault, the name on the profile is just wrong no need to be rude. Please fire them there’s a few younger people who would be willing to work, If you wanna know just send me a message cvs! I’m a tech as well at cvs and this experience with those ladies is crazy.

I went to this pharmacy only for convenience. Their attitudes are horrible. Its like they get made at you for coming to their job to pick up your meds. Like you're bothering them. I've even tried to get compliments on record with cvs corporate. But nobody cares. Not corp not the pharmacy and not the community. There is no saving this CVS pharmacy. Just go to another if you can

I HAVE HAD BAD EXPERIENCES WITH THIS CVS,CALLED THIS MORNING AN WAS HUNG UP ON,DIDN't ,DIDN'T GET MY NAME OUT OF MY MOUTH THE PHONE WENT CLICK,CALLED FRONT OF THE STORE NO 1 PICKED UP,RECALLED THE PHARMACY STILL NO ANSWER,I WAS ON THE PHONE FROM 12:OCLOCL TRYING1:17 TRYING TO GET HELP,USED ANSWERING MACHINE BUT IT COULDN'T FINE THE RX NO,RECALLED THE PHARMACY NO ANSWER.BAD BAD PHARMACY.

Had a rapid test today. The results were only supposed to take 20 minutes. Ended up waiting almost 90 minutes for my results after calling twice. By the 90 minute mark when I had called again, my results were on MyChart and I wasn’t even made aware. No sense of urgency and poor communication skills.

This is difficult for me to write. However, I feel compelled to do so. I have been visiting this store off and on for years and have noticed that the pharmacy staff seem to treat the customers as if they are invisible. Recently, I stood/set at the pickup counter for over an hour along with several other customers. There seemed to be only two employees working the area; one was on the drive-through and the other working the front counter. The employee working the front counter was also administering flu vaccinations, along with taking drop offs. Not one of the two spoke to us and said, for example; "Hello, I'm sorry you have to wait; I should be with you shortly." They are not friendly. I feel CVS administration should provide some well-needed customer service training. I'm truly thinking of taking my business to another pharmacy. Being short-staffed (if that's the case) is not an excuse for unprofessionalism.

Zero stars. This by far is the worst pharmacy in Winston Salem, NC. They give you wrong time for pick up. Don't answer the phone. They are lazy employees and should be fired. They don't have no consideration or compassion for the people looking to them for service. What a shame. I'm tired of this pharmacy bullcrap. Do business somewhere else people! You could be dying and in need of your meds and not receive them until a whole day later. Hum, thinking, can they be sued if something happens to a person due to not getting their medication in a timely manner?
