Never have my prescriptions ready on time which is a problem when I literally have to take them daily, I understand it's hard to staff people but like if you're having issues with staffing, maybe try giving them more money. Also they keep changing the hours and it's inconvenient because I literally work the hours that they are open and if you show up in the last hour they won't fill anything for you even if you wait. They also don't tell you what medicine they are giving you unless you ask and they like to keep medicines on file thar you no longer take and continue giving you those even though my doctors don't send in for a refill. They need to get their stuff together here.

CVS pharmacy needs help bad ??? they can't find another one who will work.. it's hard to find someone to work... where help.... hired someone to work ? I know someone would like to work... because it's too to people can't get just the job done ?✅? come and work for CVS today you will be able to get hired now because they need help it's taken to hours to get you medicine that needs today come in the coliseum now come on in you will hire today and now you don't have to put a new application you hire now

I come to this location all the time and the experience is never horrible. They got new staff and they are very rude and impatient. Cashiers are not friendly and dont welcome you into the store.

The worst experience I've ever experienced going to a pharmacy there's a sign in the drive thru menu that says lane 2 is for pick up you can only see this sign once your allready at the window meaning you have to circle the building and loss your spot i will be calling in to the store this is horrible.

I must say, it would be a 5 star review, if it wasn't for the long waits at the Pharmacy, although their service and how well they work with my wife and her meds, do make it for a 4 star review. The staff here have always been pleasant, helpful and informative, especially when you have questions or doubts. I have not used the drive through option, as we are people that enjoy the exercise and prefer to walk, instead of sit in our car.

My main store could not source my meds, so I wound up here. Poor drive through signage, but friendly staff. They put your charge card in the grocery bag, so this causes issues at my next stop. Will use again if needed, but not my first location choice.

Called to get my hospice patients morphine and was placed on hold for 20min and then was hung up on.. Called back and was hung up on 2x more times..The lady that answered the phone 02/01/23 at 235p was just rude ..This is an important part of my job and to treat patients like this is appalling!

No public restroom. How is that even possible considering it’s a national chain pharmacy. I guess if you have an emergency then you buy diapers; messy business strategy.

When I have had problems getting my insurance company to cover medication, the staff have been really wonderful and successful! However, they appear to be very understaffed regardless of the day or time I have been in the store. The drive up window seems to take a lot of time. There are also few people working in the rest of the store- one person covering the whole place.
